Very poor staff!! My experience was not the best, I’m not one to complain but the pain they Put me in brought me here. The staff was friendly but unprofessional they attended me but as my tooth extraction began the TEMPORARY Dr and assistant were talking about an irrelevant subject and not putting their full attention to the patient. 30 min after the they both struggled to get my tooth out another assistant nurse comes into the room to ask for assistance for another patient, the TEMPORARY dr then rushed my stitches and literally left after she was done not one word was said to me by the doctor to provide assurance that the procedure was done correctly. The assistant nurse knew I was not happy and began to explain my home recovery which did not give me the ultimate confidence that I was ok. After being released the facility did give me a call but was mainly concerned about the review I left and explained to me that it’s not the doctor responsibility to explain home recovery or to provide assurance that the surgery went well. I really hope you guys understand that this facility does not have a primary Dr which should bring a red flag to your attention due to the fact that a temporary doctor won’t give you as much of attention or give you their full professional judgment vs a Primary doctor! I will never spend my hard earned money at this facility Iv been bleeding for five days straight now. P.s they only have 5 stars because they are having a raffle if you leave a good review you get a $50 gift card.

I am very happy I chose Patriot Family Dental 🦷! Since the initial call I received excellent and professional customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is clean and has up to date equipment. (I loved the waiting room decor). Exam and treatment was a very smooth process and they explain everything very well.Prices are very affordable too. Thank you!

I’m a cancer patient and I was pretty scared to come to a dentist specially when you being going through a lot . Patriot Dentist was nothing but more than five stars. They took the time to work and explain to me absolutely everything. They went beyond my expectations. All I can say is big thank youuuuu!!

Very small waiting area, had to take my kids with me and the stroller barely fit. Office is clean and they were quick. Pretty basic stuff overall.

I was extremely nervous in coming in to a dentist appointment but the staff made me feel so comfortable. I had a cleaning done by Regina who was extremely nice and eased my nerves. She asessed how I was doing at all times and was very patient. Front desk ladies are amazingly helpful and apologized for the waiting. Their customer service is also 5-star worthy and one that many other locations could learn from.I will continue to keep coming here! Overall, extremely content with my first experience here! Thank you guys, keep up the great work!
