So far so good. The receptionist, x-ray tech., and dental cleaning tech were very nice. The dentist was very polite and caring. He is soft spoken, poised, and calm. He explained what he could do to better my oral health. The reception verified and explained services needed, and told me what to expect to pay for each, and so it was. Today, the tech and dentist constantly asked me how I was doing while undergoing the procedure. The only thing I would recommend is to update and freshen up the reception area with clean chairs, and perhaps some artificial plants, and to repaint some of the walls throughout. People usually dread going to the dentist but your experience will be different with those folks.

The whole staff is friendly and understanding. I highly recommend this business to anyone. They know how to charge your insurance Correctly. Had a bad experience with the Patriots of Dentists they overcharges us and had to fight them for 3 months to get our refund back

Alicia is very professional, courteous, and patient. She took her time doing my temporary covers and left me able to bite correctly. The dentist Dr.Mota sided with caution and referred me to a endodontist to make sure root canals were fixed prior to putting on my crowns to avoid having to come back and getting those removed at a later time. Thank you to that team.

Great, quick service! Didn’t wait long at all, had personalized care, and it didn’t break the bank. Staff is very welcoming and thorough. In and out for a cleaning and check up within an hour.

The appointment itself went well
The wait time was reasonable. My son needed follow up care and we were told it needed to get approved by medicaid first. That was no problem. We were told it would take at least a week to get the approval, again no problem. I let 2 weeks go by before i called to see the status. I was told it was still not approved ok no problem i know medicaid can be slow. We are now 6 weeks later and i have heard absolutely nothing. They're follow through is terrible so i don't recommend. It looks to me like they didn't do their jobs. 🤷♀️

I had an appointment. When we arrived, we were asked to fill out our forms, to which I noticed one form stated: "as needed." Since many of the items did not pertain to me, I did not initial, to which the front desk assistant condescendingly requested that I initial all of the items. I explained to her that those items did not pertain to me, to which she responded: "well, if you don't initial, I will have to cancel your appointment." She also informed us that we would still have to wait for the office manager to confirm our secondary insurance. I went and found the documents on my insurance information and asked her what she needed so I could send them to her. While I offered to do so, she was on the phone with the office manager. She said, "Cuanto te vas a tardar? Tengo un paciente que me esta dando much lata." I allowed her to finish her phone call, and when she did, she said I would have to wait five minutes for the office manager to get here. I then replied, "si porque te estoy dando mucha lata?" The unprofessional behavior of speaking poorly about a patient in front of the patient in Spanish and assuming that, based on my looks, I am not Hispanic is very unprofessional. Her coworker additionally witnessed it as well and made a face of disapproval. I would avoid this location at all costs. They judge a book by its cover.

The dental office is close to home which is convenient. I was very disappointed with their follow up process. The staff needs to make sure that they hv the current telephone numbers for their patients. I left several messages that were not returned. Staff needs to communicate with each other. The building is run down and the inside is pretty dated. Needs new furniture for waiting area.
