Dr. Ro and staff are exceptional. From the moment you walk in the door, you will know you’re going to get first class service. The environment is fresh, up to date, clean and bright. The front desk staff are friendly and take extra precautions to ensure you’re safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.**
Dr. Ro is one of the most thorough and caring dentist I’ve ever been to. Starting with the initial appointment, he spent quite a bit of time going over x-rays and plans for future goals to keep my teeth in tip top shape for years to come. His continued care is evident with every appointment thereafter. I have never felt rushed while consulting with him as I have with other doctors.
Overall, I believe if you want first rate care with a friendly and safe environment, Dr. Ro is the dentist for you.
**During the pandemic, his office asks you to call or text when you arrive. You are asked to stay in your car while you wait for your appt. They text or call when they are ready for you and you come right in. Then the usual procedure of temperature check and hand sanitizing occurs. You’re then led straight to the dental chair. Dr. Ro and assistant are in mask and face shield for entire visit. I never felt unsafe or compromised for one moment during appointment.

It was my first meeting with Dr Ro and he took care of my filling. He didn’t insist on doing the full exam like other dentists usually do. He focused on the tooth with the problem and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. I was very impressed that he took the time to explain everything to me. He was very friendly and patient!!!

Dr. Ro and his staff are beyond amazing. First Dr. Ro does the most thorough dental exam I’ve ever in my life had. Second he explains everything about your dental health and asks you what you would like to achieve then he formlats a plan of action to help you have the best plan of action all with your approval and input. Third his office staff is nice courteous and understanding. I had to take my 3yr old with me and they were all extremely patient. Fourth the dental hygienist is excellent, my teeth have never been so clean nor so white. I have heard so many wonderful things about Dr Ro over the years and I have to say they were an understatement, he is the best dentist I have ever been to. I’m so happy that he is now centrally located so we all have easy access to his office. Thank you to Dr Ro and all his staff!
