Had an emergency and they took me within the hour. The front desk staff was friendly the dental assistant was amazing and caring and super reassuring that everything was going to be ok. The dental hygienist was top notch and the Dentist Dr Lee was so caring and so so thoughtful. This is definitely my dental office from here on out.

Called to make an "Emergency same day appointment" for my father who is experiencing excruciating dental pain. The woman who answered my call was very professional and was able to get my father in within the next couple of hours, she asked all demographic information including insurance member info and so forth. All info (Insurance information Molina HMO & Medicare) was given to staff member who scheduled his appointment, and did advise me that my father's insurance was accepted in their office and they would be able to see him and treat his dental condition without any problem. We quickly got ready and drove to this location on Dyer, was given paper work to fill out. I was called up again to the front desk just to be advised that they were not in network with my father's insurance, but they claim that they were in the "process" of getting credentialed with Molina. Of course they did advise me that they could still see my father for an evaluation to see what the issue was for $58.00, and then if he needed an extraction (which that is what we needed done in the first place) that it would run him an extra $110.00 -$180.00. If they would have told us this from the start we would have never driven there, and I would have continued to search for a dental clinic that was in Network with my father's insurance. This is a very unprofessional practice. Maybe they do this to get more revenue in for their clinic? Knowing that patients experiencing excruciating dental pain, are willing to do just about anything to have the pain stop. Hey they might just be in that much pain that they are desperate enough to fall for this little scam and agree to pay the out of pocket expenses in order to relieve their pain and discomfort. Again, this is a ridiculous and unprofessional way to get income into their clinic. I truly hope that my father's unfortunate experience helps others, before they get taken advantage of as well.... 😕

If you are like me, afraid of dentists; this is the place for you. I was at ease the whole time. Thank you, Jesus. I have to go back for five fillings, deep cleaning, root canal, and partials. I'm not at all scared. The staff is amazing.

The stars given are for how nice and pleasant the staff is. Other than that, we were very disappointed. We had our appointment at 5pm, and arrived at 4:30 to fill out paperwork. We weren't called back into a room until 5:30, and sat in there for 15 minutes before deciding to leave. My husband and I are both in the medical field, so we understand that sometimes it's difficult to stay on schedule and didn't think too much of it, aside from the fact that our 13 month old son (who was the patient) was very impatient by that point. What I absolutely cannot make any sense of or any any excuse for is that the floor in the exam room was absolutely filthy. There were bobby pins, paper trash, a hairball, and some black splotches (my husband thought they were stains so he ran his shoe across them and they smeared). As a medical professional, I would NEVER take a patient into a room in that state. When we told the front desk staff that the room was dirty, she told us they have a cleaning crew come in once a week... Once a week? A dental facility? That is so unbelievably unhygienic, especially if they are not doing basic maintenance cleaning between visits from the crew. It made me seriously question the cleaning practices as whole (to include their instruments), so we decided to leave; I couldn't in good conscience have my child seen in such a dirty environment.

I was seen quickly which was great. But I wasn't asked any questions except which tooth was bothering me. The referred me to a different dental provider and that was it. Didn't attempt to smooth out the broken tooth just left it the way it was.

The dental hygienist team completely changed and I felt like the service used to be better. The guy that did my x-rays was great. However, the lady that did my cleaning, not so much. Six months ago I gave this place 5 stars, now I can't.

If you have kids I wouldn’t recommend this office they’re not very kid friendly. They booked my kid’s follow up appointment and then forgot it and made me go through the insurance and paperwork process all over again just to see the same dentist. The dentist was pretty rough with my 1 year old and the employees were kind of rude. If I could give no stars I would.

I am still in the process of getting dentures. Look, the Doctor is fine, You do good work. But having "Friendly Staff" is not good service. Your staff need to communicate with each other but most importantly, with the people who make it possible for you and them to have an income. This is to your staff, Understanding that customer money is given to you for a Service you are being paid for. Your "feelings" about criticism has no bearing on your job performance expectations in Service. In other words, the niceties are ok but learn what "Business" and "Service" actually are and what you are expected to do to earn your money to live on. I am calling another dentist today to see if they can finish what you started because you cannot follow a specific plan that I had you print out with dates of service. You are Flippant at best with how you approach true professionalism and knowledge of what you are doing. I am talking about the Staff around the Doctor, not the doctor. And to you Doctor Apilado, I like your method and service but you sorely need to mold your staff into clear and concise Customer Service Communication. I'm pretty sure they are costing you customers instead of promoting you. My standard for service is not any different than any other common customer. I want to know what I am getting and how much it costs and when I am getting it. Thats it, thats all I need. Anything else is fine but it has no real importance. Again, being friendly and nice does not constitute good service. Getting the job done in good cadence is good service.
