I went because of the ratings. Everyone seemed very friendly, but it felt off. I got mixed answers to my questions regarding insurance and when I was seen I felt like I was being pressured to have a huge dental procedure done right on the spot without any planning. A major tooth extraction involves more than just pulling a molar out and that's it. There are a number of things that need to be talked about concerning a major tooth. When I said I wanted to think about it, I was asked to review the office visit on the spot without them ever looking at my mouth or performing anything other than x-rays (which they fumbled on). Sent big red flags to be so pushy for a review on Google before leaving the place without then actually doing anything. Then they tried to negotiate the price of the tooth extraction, but still no plan on implant or anything.

Dr Karim and the staff went above and beyond caring for our family's needs. very knowledgeable , explains in plain english any pros/cons and doesnt force or upsale anything like other dentist offices. very satisfied with service

I went to their office for the first time and the staff was wonderful and their service was just incredible. The doctor, Dr. Khan was great as well and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would recommend anyone looking to get dental work done to come to this clinic.

For the past 3 weeks, I had been having severe pain in my teeth when I would eat something sugary or sweet. Before going to this dentistry, I went to another one that told me I might have to get surgery done. Coming to Prime Time Dentistry, not only did I have to get surgery in the first place, they deep a deep cleaning for my teeth and the pain went away after a couple of days. Great Dentistry in my opinion and will definitely come back!

I loved this place! Would highly recommend! I have been to numerous dentists but after this place I wouldn’t look any further! The vibes at this place are warm, friendly and professional. The dentist has the best bedside manners and was not in a rush like all the other dentists I have been to. I had a dental emergency this evening and am getting on an airplane on Monday. While I live in West Dallas, I needed to make sure my situation was resolved before my flight, so I decided to drive to Frisco. Dr. Khan and Areeba took such great care of me. They are both super polite, compassionate and great listeners. It is evident that Dr. Khan loves what he does and truly cares about the patients he serves. Although I live a considerable distance from the office, I will be switching dentists - Dr. Khan is now my dentist....THANK YOU for the great care! By the way, I am typically afraid to go to the dentist...Not any more!
