Dr Keepers has now been my Dentist for over 20 years. Along with her exceptional staff she has cared for my family and I through the fire at her original location, my emergencies and health issues. Great care, family friendly and they always put a smile on my face!

Front desk receptionist was very friendly. Was taken back for my appointment in a timely manner. The dental hygienist was very thorough. Dr. Keepers over sees the cleaning and is great about making suggestions on how to keep healthy teeth. All in all a great visit and friendly group.

All the staff is friendly and helpful. You don’t feel rushed. I had a cleaning and the tech was very receptive to my questions and requests. The exam by the dentist was the most thorough I have ever had. No pushing or pressure for unnecessary treatments. Highly recommend!

I have a long history of dental anxiety. It was a pleasure to be a new patient to this clinic. They listened to my concerns and put me at ease from beginning to end. This office has a staff of very kind, gentle and knowledgeable professionals with a name you can trust. I walked out a happy patient.

I have a real hard time with dentist, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had! Dr Keepers are Carmen were super! They truly are gentle. I highly recommend them!

I will not return here. Front office staff not friendly & very unprofessional —unless you’re wealthy, old and caucasian. The lady at the front desk didn’t say hello or good morning when I arrived and waited at the window, so I took the initiative to say hello. Her response was, “Last name?” No eye contact or smile. Luckily, the dental assistants/hygienists/back office staff were friendly and professional, made friendly conversation and explained the goings on. The dentists are nice but I disagreed with some of their suggestions. While leaving, I waited at the side front desk and again had to initiate the conversation (to schedule a later appointment) because the lady was distracted doing something leaning away from her computer. I said, “Hi,” she looked up at me and without smiling said “We’ll bill everything to insurance,” and then leaned away again. I waited a second and said, “is that it?” and (without looking up) she said “Yep, you’re good to go.” And then I left. I would understand this service if it was a very busy place with lots of patients, but I was quite literally the only person in the front upon arrival and it is a small, secluded office that mostly serves some of the Helotes community.

So I've been going to Dr Keeepers since I was a child and now bring my 3 children!! Today all 4 of us went and boy was the staff amazing (they always are) they helped with my 2 youngest 3 and 1 year old so I can get my teeth cleaned,!!! It wasn't just about babysitting, for me was they genuinely love their patients.
