Dr. Keepers is my daughter’s first dentist and I know I made the right choice! She makes sure to explain things in easy to understand terms and is super gentle and patient with my daughter! She also got to choose a toy from the treasure chest when she was done which was a cute bonus! The staff is friendly, everyone made us feel very welcomed in the office. Staff was very friendly from the time I called to set up an appointment to the day I had my appointment. I had an emergency and needed an appointment right away due to extreme teeth pain. Unfortunately I called on a Friday but they were able to get me in first thing on Monday. I was able to tolerate the pain as much as I can. Receptionist was so sweet on the phone and in person.
The dental hygienist-I think it was Miranda- was so friendly. Dr. Tovar was also friendly and knowledgeable. After seeing my X-Rays and providing me options on what I needed to do without feeling like I was forced only one direction.
I am glad I found them in my network provider. I will eventually want to set up my son to get his first dental check up once I am able to add him on my insurance.
