What a great team. Since discovering them four years ago I am very pleased with the service received. Whether a routine cleaning/check-up to my dental implant when the grandkid knocked out a tooth am very happy the results. Staff is friendly and very helpful with insurance questions. True professional. Dr Tovar. Gentle as advertised. And even more important their office actually knows how to properly bill insurance. So when you are told what you will pay beforehand the bill is exactly that or less when you come out. That is a must for me. They also seem to treat their employees well. Another plus is the employees are competent which means they probably hire certified or experienced techs and they PAY them Decent wages. Nothing ruins a good employee faster than being treated terrible as well as paying them less than bill miller. So Helotes Family Dental is doing things right. Great Job management , doctors, Techs, and front office!

Dr. Keepers is a great dentist. She knows what she is doing, she works quickly and she really cares about her patients. She will even work with you on the payments which is appreciated. She is patient with people who don't like going to the dentist (like me) and she is indeed gentle.
