We called on Thursday before Memorial Day weekend because my husband had a very bad toothache. I have to say that everyone that we dealt with was very professional and caring. They fit us in on Friday and are very reasonably priced. Everything went very quickly and we really appreciate everything you did for us.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tovar for 3 years and I would never consider changing that. I was a patient at Monarch dental for a while until I realized my time was not of importance to them. My entire family loves Dr. Tovar's service. He's great with kids and takes his time to discuss any concerns you have. I love his new location, Helotes Gentle Family Dentistry. For those of you in the Helotes area, it's perfect for you! They have a very friendly staff and excellent attentive skills,. Unlike Monarch Dental, there is no longer that long wait! My whole family are patients of Dr. Tovar's... he is very efficient and has a gentle hand. I had always been afraid to make dental appointments before I started going to Helotes Gentle Family Dentistry because it was always so painful. Dr. Tovar and the whole staff there are pleasant and make me feel at ease. Dr. Tovar is very precise and I haven't been in pain once since I started going there. I am not afraid of dental appointments anymore... Awesome dental office!

The people are nice, but I cannot recommend this dentistry for kids. We experienced poor workmanship on a crown for a 12 year old that resulted in an infection a few months later. Another dentist saw the work done on my son's crown and mentioned that it was very sloppy work. I never had full confidence in Dr. Tovar- I should have listened to my gut and went to a pediatric dentist instead. We have since found another practice for both my kids and myself and I feel much more confident in the abilities of our dentists now.
