Wonderfully pleasant experience, courteous helpful and friendly staff. My daughter needed several baby teeth extracted, they made feel at ease and comfortable, felt no pain. She's looking forward to the remaining experience (braces!)

The staff at this location are second to none!! Both of my girls are being seen at this location and their ages are 3 and 11. My three year old was in this morning for a cleaning and we absolutely loved out tech and the Dr. She had no fear because on her first visit last year she was made to feel completely comfortable and any parent knows that a young child (2-3yrs) doesn't want anyone poking around in their mouths lol. So A BIG THANK YOU to all the Doctors and the staff at Bear Creek!!!

Posting because I had a lovely experience here. The office is cute and clean. There’s coffee out front. Hardly a wait. Netflix to watch. The most important part is that the staff all have a great attitude about them.
Dusty made sure my visit was as quick and as painless as possible. And Ixchel was very insightful, which made me comfortable— she was my favorite!

I love this dentist office, the Doctor and staff are AMAZING they are super accommodating and friendly, the staff is great at answering EVERY one of my questions and believe me there were ALOT. The office is clean and the vibe doesn't feel like you are going to the dentist at all. I will 100% recommend this office and Dentist .

If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service is completely horrible. I called in advance to make sure everything was in order. I showed up to find out I was lied too! I was basically forced to still use them since my children needed treatment and I took off work and booked my travel around their treatment. I 100% would not use them if I felt I had a choice and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Me and my family have been going here for about 2 years now. It's pretty clean and calm environment. The staff is always happy to help and keep you informed. I dont like going to the dentist but this place is nice
