They are amazing! Staff is super wonderful and will help you out with any of the questions you have. They take you in right away. They are open Saturday (big plus for me)! The doctors are friendly and tell you that if you have any other bother to call right away so they are able to see you the next day, if possible.

I’m not a big fan of the dentist office being traumatized at a younger age, but I had a major pain in my mouth bc of my root canal & Bear Creek Dentistry was very kind & walked me through the whole process. Everyone here is very kind & im excited to get braces through this business 🥰. Definitely recommend

I've been going here for almost 2 years and the staff is amazing and super friendly. They really make an effort to remember their clients and there's almost never any wait time when I go. Definitely the best office I've been to and will definitely keep coming back

Just came from this dental office today. Absolutely zero professionalism from the so-called receptionists. Somehow you will walk into this office with zero cavities and leave with a plethora. Absolutely do not go here.

Wonderful dental practice. We've been going since 2012. In 2016 we moved to Tomball but we still make the drive. I love the staff. There very friendly. And another great thing I like is there open on Saturdays. Ask for Pamela, she's great with kids.

Don’t go there they will take your money for no reason. I had braces put at other location far from me and my braces felt last night.I decided to go at that place for emergency repair. I book an appointment to come check it and I payed my $50 fee. The orthodontist came and told me: We don’t use this type of braces here and we have to remove your existing and install ours for $3500. The whole check lasted 5 mins. They didn’t want to glue the reattached peace.
So basically they wanted to sell me their kind without willing to help. I donated 50$ instead telling me we don’t use those there is no point of the appointment. Such a bad business ethic.
I wasted 50$
I don’t recommend this place to anybody unless if you want to lose money!!

I was very impressed with the staff and high standards this dentistry possesses. They are very friendly and courteous with the patients. I came for a consultation for braces and they were very helpful with the treatment I needed. Compare to other dentists I visited for ortho consultations, they gave me multiple options and varies payment methods that were affordable. I would highly recommend Bear Creek Dentistry. I've had my braces now for about 2 months and I already see a huge difference. The staff made sure I wasn't in any pain after they placed the brackets and that I had the proper knowledge on how to take care of my teeth and what to expect during the treatment. I drive three hours from Ft Hood to see them for my appointments and it's worth it! I love to receive the care they offer and I am overall satisfied with my treatments and can't wait to have a beautiful smile in about a year!

Today I brought my kids in as their second time here. I am a little upset that as my second time here I am just now finding out that my insurance isn't in network. I didn't get a bill from the first time my kids were here 6 months ago and now all of a sudden I have a bill. I am upset cause not only did I not get a call to give me a heads up but before I ever went to the first appointment I called way ahead of time to make sure I was cover. So today walking in to find out now I have a bill that I had to pay today. Yep, not coming back. Thanks.
P.S. my kids are little so not much needed to be done that I don't already do at home. I go because I have insurance.
