A very nice experience. The lady in the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The place is very clean and continues to follow covid policy’s. Definitely coming back!!!

I have been going here about 2 years now. The staff and dentists are extremely caring and friendly, they welcome you when you come in and out. All ladies there are very attractive too 😍 All their dental techs are technologically advanced like I have never seen before. I have only gotten my wisdom and dental cleanups. Both treatments were professionally done with care. During cleanups though, you get to watch Netflix!!! Have a show or movie you always wanted to watch but never had time? Well now you can Netflix and clean!!! Let me tell you about their restrooms were very clean and beautiful. I don’t like to I don’t know where they get their soap but it smells divine. Overall great amazing dental office, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! 👍

The staff here is great! They make you feel very welcomed and comfortable. The facility is new, very clean and even have Netflix so you can watch tv while they're doing stuff in your mouth. I was watching Nacho Libre ha! The dentist work is very well done and at an affordable price, I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Visiting the dentist can be very intimating for multiple reasons; after my dentist appt here i have several opinions.
1. I felt very comfortable
2. The dentist did an awesome job numbing me up.
3. I didn't feel judgement, but rather a helping lets take care of this.
4. The hygientist was super cool, down to earth and knowledgable in what she did
5. Dentist was very personable and very knowledgable in explanations.
6. Beautiful interior, clean and fresh interior.
7. Front office staff was friendly.

From the moment we made an appointment with Jeanette until we left, everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Le, Diana, and Jeanette were so welcoming. We are looking forward to visitong again in 6 months and recommend BCD to anyone! They are amazing!

The Orthodontist that had done my consultation for braces was very nice and thoroughly explained the difference between braces vs invisalign.
(The only reason I gave this place a star!) I was very content with the experience. However my insurance was never verified or was I ever asked if I had it. I went ahead and showed it to the billing person whom than stated they only verify during appointments and also insurance some times do not cover due to age limitations or also the insurance usually does not pay the entire amount they quoted. So sitting their and hearing all these reasons yet my insurance had not been verified. I decided to call my own insurance and verify the benefits. Upon calling i was informed about the benefits and the amount they cover and stated for my insurance their were no age limitations and I was good to go with braces. I went ahead and called the office and spoke with Sammy and discuss the information I was given over the phone by my dental insurance. She than replies that I must be confused about what was told to me and she would tell me again that i would have to pay all of it upfront and they will bill my insurance and as they get paid they would cut me a check. So I replied that I was never confused about what was discussed but we were not on the same page since they never verified my insurance and i just wanted to clarify the age limitations along with the payment the insurance will pay. Before I can even say anything she than tells me that if I don't like how that office does their billing I can go to another office. I asked how long has that office been open for. She stated for years. I honestly can not say ever in my life have I called to any doctors, dentist or specialist office and had a person tell a patient that if they do not like it they can go to another office!!! WOW... very unprofessional of that staff member. If she would have just stopped and listen and understand that I just wanted to verify we were on the same page. I have been in the medical field for over 7 years and I have came across patients who ask a lot of questions regarding billing and I listen to all their concerns and than I respond in a professional way but never ever have or will I tell any patient to take their business some where else!! Wouldn't you as a person like to know why you have to pay more if your insurance pays a percentage instead of being told right away to go and get Care credit?? Please FYI before you get into any debt for any dental work or aren't sure please ask ask ask it would not hurt!!! So thank you to SAMMY for ruining my experience to be a patient their!
