Spring Complete Care Dentistry

I’ve been coming to Spring Complete Care Dentistry for over two years now, and when I came I needed a lot of dental work as I neglected my teeth for over 5 years while taking care of other people in my family. To make my situation worse, I have had a crippling fear of dentists my whole life and so I have avoided them—to my own great harm. So one can imagine my mix of fear and apprehension when I first visited Dr. Tan here at this dental office. Frankly I almost skipped my appointment if it were not for my wife reminding me to go and also Dr. Tan’s polite phone reminder. During my visit, I can distinctly feel my anxiety and fear go away quickly after the entire staff treated me with incredible kindness and respect. I was also impressed by the efficiency of the dental office. All in all, over the last two years I got most of my dental work done, and the quality is top notch and I have nothing to complain about! Take it from me, a guy who usually hates dentists, that if you are looking for a quality dentist to care for your teeth and give you the best combination of quality and service, this is the place to go. Your fears will disappear and you will find yourself calm, relaxed, and treated well.

This review was due many years ago... Dr. Tan and staff,, I apologize for just now typing and posting this. Dr. Tan is an absolutely amazing dentist, he was recommended to my wife by one of her coworkers probably somewhere around 6 years ago. When I went for my very first appointment with Dr. Tan I needed quite a bit of Dental work done. As embarrassing as it is to say as a grown man I am not a fan of going to the dentist, it gives me pretty bad anxiety before and during the appointment. I was absolutely amazed at how far and beyond Dr. Tan and his assistants will go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as you could possibly be while you are at his office and in his chair. Maria at the front desk has always been a pleasure to deal with when making appointments and checking in for your appointment. Dr. Tan has done more root canals and crowns for me than I would like to admit due to a history of brittle teeth in my family. Dr Tan is also a very honest and down to earth person, I feel like we have built a good dentist and patient relationship over the years and not just with me but my wife and our 2 sons. My wife actually just took both of our sons 2 days ago for cleanings and my youngest son who is 6 is not good at all with going to any kind of doctor especially the dentist, that was his first time with Dr. Tan and his staff, when they returned home I did not expect to see my 6 year old as happy and in a good mood as he was. But I already knew the kind of atmosphere and people he was going to encounter at this office so I kind of expected a different outcome with my son than his first dentist we took him to. I can not say enough good things about this dental team, Dr. Tan and his staff are probably the best in the dental field and my family are forever patients here. Thank you so much Dr. Tan, Maria and staff you all are wonderful people and their work is always done 100% correct.

This dental office is always super clean, the staff is extreme friendly and welcoming. Katrina was my assistant and she is great. Dr. Tan himself is an amazing dentist. They took great care of me. They explained all of my findings and made sure that I understood what was needed and also very clear on all fees and costs in full detail. They give you the time needed to think about everything and then to make an informed decision. I say this with complete confidence as I have been a patient for at least 6 years.

Spring Complete Care is really the place to be! Dr. Tan and all his assistants are truly wonderful! I got a root canal and a crown done earlier this week and they are so efficient and quick about it. Most importantly I had no pain at all! The front desk is wonderful as well. Absolutely wonderful with working with my schedule and squeezing me in when needed. This is truly the best place to be of you need dental work! The atmosphere and vibes are truly wonderful! Definitely recommend!

I had the best experience today at Spring Complete Care Dentistry. They were amazing and they were able to work me in very quickly on an emergency visit. The front staff are AMAZING with Maria and Katrina. Dr. Tan is a great dentist!! He is very patient and really kind, as well as calm and understanding. He heard me telling him that I was really nervous due to having not the best experience at previous dentists and made me feel right at home. I wish I remembered the name of the assistant but next time I will find out for sure. I highly recommend This dental office, they are the absolute best.

I am writing this review for my parents as they are patients here, but I think I will soon be one myself :). Anyways, my old mother needed some extractions done and on the recommendation by a friend for a dentist in Spring we found Dr. Tan. I accompanied my mom here and was impressed by the office right away. Very comfortable environment and people are very helpful. Dr. Tan discusses the tooth extractions and offered some sedation dentistry as well. The procedure was done yesterday and my mom Ian already doing great and hardly feels anything. I would wholeheartedly recommend this good dental office near me as one that anyone in the area can try. I have already scheduled an appointment for myself next week.

Dr. Tan and his staff are extremely professional. Dr. Tan takes a long time with patients and truly listens to what they want. I feel very confident my goals will be achieved following the plan Dr. Tan has established for me . Hands down this was THE best dental office experience I have ever had. The staff are all very kind and thoroughly professional. Additionally, there was no waiting - I arrived and was brought back in ON TIME! Can’t say enough about this as other offices I have been to always seem to have me wait for a long time in the lobby. I am completely satisfied and recommend this office without hesitation to anyone.

I had a wonderful visit with Spring Complete Care Dentistry. The reception area ladies were friendly and helpful. Dr Tan and his assistant A;til were very gentle and extremely efficient with me. They explained what was planned and the treatment that I needed, which I knew, but it is always good to get a friendly review before starting. They made sure I felt fine the whole time. Did a terrific job and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Smiles all the way!

Easy-to-access location with great parking and comfortable atmosphere. Super friendly staff.
The dentist was very thorough and was able to replace an old crown that had part of its porcelain fractured and had a cavity on the side. I was really worried about the process but the dentist explained it to me in very easy to understand language, and ended up doing a great job. In fact my crown fits not only better but also looks more natural as well. I also find him very trustworthy in t hat I know he won’t push unnecessary treatments on me and have my best interests in mind. If you are scared of the dentist, I highly recommend Spring Complete Care Dentistry, as it is an excellent choice for a dentist. Oh, and I am a cash patient as well with no dental insurance, and I found the fees here more than fair and extremely affordable.

Excellent customer service and patient care. I had to find emergency dental care for my dad and this dental care facility was open on the weekends. Extremely rare to see something like this. Dr. Tan provided a great experience and the care he gave to my Dad (I witnessed the whole thing) was nothing short of remarkable. He explained the whole procedure to my Dad and me beforehand, and carried it out flawlessly. His staff was also kind, polite, helpful, and understanding, and extremely efficient. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing dental care, in fact I am coming in myself this weekend. They are phenomenal.
