Valley Ranch Family Dentistry

First visit so far, success! A lot more gentle than my prior Dentist, I didn't leave with a sore bleeding mouth. The staff is very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. As someone who has dentist anxiety, I am pleased to keep coming here for future visits. Cozy style interior, a TV in room for distraction and good location.

New patient. I had my first appointment with the office for a teeth cleaning. I had an early morning appointment. The staff were friendly, patient, and explained everything thoroughly. They gave me a clear breakdown of the reason for scans (new patient file) and my treatment plan. I plan to work with them again for future dental needs and will be able to provide a more detailed review. Overall the service was good and they didn't try to offer me unnecessary dental work which I really appreciated.

This was my first visit to Family Dentistry. I was fearing the probing on my gums, since the last office I visited made it way too painful. However Dr. Khambaty was very gentle and I felt no pain at all!! The entire team was very friendly, professional and upfront about my treatment plan. I can certainly recommend anyone who needs a dentist to come here!! Great dental office!

I would definitely recommend Valley ranch family dentistry for any dental issues. The front desk staff were very clear about the details they need to share with the patient and gives full on information regarding anything needed. The doctor was fantastic in handling the patients, as I was an expecting mother nearing my due date, I was a little bit hesitant to go to a dentist but the need was urgent. Dr. Sakina Khambaty made my pregnancy a priority before suggesting any procedure. The treatment and cleaning was painless and I was able to feel relaxed even during the procedure. All my issues were resolved before leaving the hospital.

The dentist has never been my favorite place just from past experience, but the staff took such good care of me today! I am thankful to have found them. I will definitely be back.

In the past I have had anxiety going to the dentist. However today I had a wonderful experience at Valley Ranch Family Dentistry. Dr. Khambaty was amazing. She is so professional and kind. She talked me through the procedure one step at a time to make sure I was ok! I am so thankful for this practice.

I wasn’t thrilled with my previous dentist office so I decided to give Valley Ranch Family Dentistry a try and I am SO glad (not to mention, received) that I did! They are professional, organized, super efficient, don’t try to up sell you on anything, and really nice. Highly recommend!

This is a worst dental. They try to overcharge you please be careful. I have been getting service since 5 years. However, today they denied me service for questioning out of pocket cost for a procedure. They gave me the treat plan that cost me $138.60. I told them that when I did a filling before at different clinic it cost me just $60.00. I signed the treatment plan and they came back to me saying sorry we cannot verify if your insurance covers the cost and told me, you may have used the insurance for same filling therefore (It did not make any sense), told me to pay it in full.

Frankly, they got angry at me for questioning there price. I came back home called my insurance and told them about it and they were surprised because my insurance clearly covers the procedure and my out of pocket cost turnout to be $60.00 (insurance provided the out of pocket cost for procedure code that was given to me by the clinic) for the same procedure not $138.60. These people are shady, they are committing fraudulent activity with there customers and you need to verify the charges with your insurance before you pay them. I would certainly think about suing them, if they have defrauded you with charges. Very BAD experience, they totally wasted my time. Dr. Sakina, I did not expect this from you for being a loyal customer for so long.

Update on reply 01/27/2023: Dr. Sakina, firstly I asked you for the proof( paper document or anything) showing that I have done the treatment somewhere else. You said you will send that, after few hours I get a just copy of x-ray that was done in your facility that day. No proof what so ever, no documents what so ever.

Secondly, I told you guys that this is a brand new insurance and that I have, and not done any procedure. Your office visit that day was the first dental visit of the year and you know that all the fillings that I have done is in your clinic. Your assistant told me that you guys look like a villain when patient question the treatment plan charges.

Third, I told you guys that I will pay $138.60, and told you to make a claim for $59.00 but you said you cannot run around patient for $59.00, I understand that however, you did not even let me make a call to my insurance rather told me to make a new appointment. You only cared about your time, you did not gave any thought that I had left my work for it.

Lastly, your upfront treatment plan is more than double of what insurance quoted me for same procedure code that you gave me. When the agent looked up your procedure agreement between your business and the insurance company the same procedure cost $60.00 not $138.60 out of pocket. I prefer that you implement the policy of honesty in your business.

**Please, do not overcharge patient who come there for treatments, I understand you are running a business but have some empathy for them and there time, when they try to call there insurance to verify your case.**

I was in ranch dental at ranch trail Irving Texas which is the second dentist after I came to Irving after dr Jeffery olson.

I had a best experience and got a guard rail done very well and fits perfectly.
