My experience with Dental Concepts has been amazing.
I always felt that I maintain good hygiene, floss daily and brush twice a day
So I should be fine. But I was wrong. There are certain things which we cannot control and need timely intervention by professionals.
I am so grateful to the whole team of caring doctors, best hygienist and lovely assistants for explaining me the importance of regular dental visits and taking care of me.
I am impressed how the office welcomes you and makes you feel comfortable right from the beginning till the end if the appointment.
They provide you a top notch customer service and I was thrilled how the latest tools that Dr. Patel uses can calm your nerves and keep you comfortable.
I am looking forward to getting all my dental work done here and stay healthy.

First, the job Cary did with my teeth cleaning was great! No pain, & the experience was better than what I expected. She’s a over all great hygenist. Paola was great at explaining everything thoroughly. Dr. Patel is a nice dentist. Great connections we’re created today! I can say I enjoyed going to the dentist because I’m more than a patient, it feels like family. The 4 hours we spent here felt like 1 hour. I love the positive energy! Recommend 10 out of 10!!!

I enjoy my visits to Dental Concepts every time! The staff is very friendly, personable and patient (especially with guests like myself who get nervous during appointments). I had a HIGH level of dental phobia. Living with dental anxiety and fear, stopped me from keeping my appointments. Dental Cocepts were very compassionate and empathetic, took steps to make the process easier. They explained each step from start to finish, so I knew what to expect and helped me relax and feel more comfortable. Thanks to Dental Concepts I can maintain a good oral health and stay healthy!

I visited dental concepts in a dental emergency situation, by just reading the reviews about Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel explained the complete end to end care plan for my teeth.
I have undergone root canal treatment for my 2 teeth with Dr Patel and I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for his skills, patience and detailed work. His Assistants especially Ms. Rachel, was also very kind and patient about listening to the observations and ensuring that I was well informed. All my questions were answered in time.

I did face few minor hiccups during the treatment (like my temporary caps kept on coming off before crown was put on), however I feel its part of the process. The team did great job in squeezing me into their calendars to get my issues resolved asap.
Overall I had a great experience about my treatment so far and I am still waiting for my 2 crowns. I shall post updates if any as I finish my treatment with Dr Patel.

I’ve been a patient of Dental Concepts for almost 7 months. During this time, I’ve received quality dental care, understanding, and never felt ashamed of previous conditions. I’m 100% sure that the smile and teeth health I’ve wanted is in progress and will only get better. The doctors and assistants are all professional and thorough in the service they provide.

The entire dental concepts team is great. This was my second appointment to get some cleaning and filling done. My first appointment was about a month ago for an initial screen and x-rays and both appointments went smoothly. Carrie and everyone else helped me with all my concerns and were very thorough with the treatment explanation. Highly recommend!
