Justin Dental and Braces

I had a very pleasant experience at Justin Dental and Braces. The staff and Dr. Amy are very friendly and the office is very welcoming! They have beverages for their patients which made me pretty happy since I went in early in the morning. My appointment was quick and comfortable. I will definitely go back again and would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in the Justin area!

We got a second opinion and they are able to treat us as his situation is very common and there are no complications that require additional doctors or specialists. I’m convinced now that Justin just does not have the staff and equipment/tools required to handle average orthodontic needs.

Nice folks for the most part but ZERO “bed-side manner”

They shamed my son by telling him “he DEFINITELY needs braces” in a shocked and intense tone.

I pulled the doc to the side and confronted him, he apologized so I decided to give them another chance.

At the orthodontist consultation he asked my son to list all the things he hates about his smile… SUPER AWKWARD.

After taking images he proceeded to tell me in front of my son that he can’t help us because he would need a team of 6 doctors to help us. They took pictures last time and the same person had access… why waste another appointment for a consult if you have the ability to take a quick glance at the photos and x-rays to see if we are a possible candidate for your limited service options?

They seem to do a good job with cleaning and basic dentistry but I recommend shopping around if you need anything more.

The reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because Saira went above and beyond to help me get the images and x-rays right away instead of having me wait a week as the doctor originally had planned.

We love our dentist, orthodontist, and the staff. Everyone is always helpful, patient, and kind. They are wonderful to my daughters and make dental and orthodontic appointments relaxed and fun. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. The office is always clean and beautiful, too. If you're looking for a great dental office, look no more.

I really appreciate Justin Dental and Braces! My filling had fallen out one morning. I called that morning and was seen that afternoon. I’m happy they were able to take care of me on short notice.

After further investigation the Dr set me up with a full plan on fixing my teeth. My credit isn’t the best but they were able to approve me for financial assistance.

A few visits latir and my smile is better than ever.

The staff earned the 5 star rating with their hospitality!

just moved to Haslet from Flower Mound and was looking for the closest dental office . I was able to schedule appt for my family without any issue. The automated text/email reminder about my appointment was really helpful. I was not able get the names of the staff but they are really friendly. The clinic has advance dental equipment which made me feel better that it's not just an ordinary dental office. I was also surprised that there's another person helping to get the water out of my mouth, that's the first time I have experienced that!!! It was a good experience for me and will definitely go back !!

We love Justin Dental. Our experience could not have gone better. We felt as though my daughter was the only patient there. Everything was explained well and all of our needs were met. Would definitely recommend for your dental and orthodontic needs!

I just started going here this year. I've been twice, and it has been a great experience. I have had pushy dentists in the past that try to upsell me on everything. It isn't like that here. The team here is just very friendly and helpful.
Also, I brought my 3 year old here for his first dentist appointment ever. Loud noises and sharp objects in your mouth can be really scary for a kid. They were so great at working with him, gaining his trust, and being flexible when he doesn't want to cooperate or even sit still.

So thankful to have found Justin Dental & Braces! Eva gave me the best & least painful cleaning I have ever been given. Dr. Amee clearly showed me what needed to be done & scheduled me to come in and get started 2 days later! After putting off taking care of things, I am excited to finally get the work done I have needed to do for quite a while. I am so happy I listened to the reviews & gave them a chance!

This was my first visit. But I was so impressed at how friendly everyone was, And how clean the facility was. Normally I get nervous going to the Dentist, but everyone made me feel very comfortable and right at home. I highly recommend Justin Dental and Braces.
