Justin Dental and Braces

I brought my 5 year old in for a check up. She felt very comfortable and said she loved Dr. Amy. My 10 year old was with us and said, "Mom, I like this place much better than our old place!" The staff was very welcoming. The location was very relaxing and almost spa-like when we walked in. I appreciated the coffee and water as well. Thank you all for being so kind and patient with my kiddos.

We had a very pleasant experience at this office. I took my 3rd grader to meet with the orthodontist for a consult, just to be sure we don’t need to start with expanders. The ortho was very thorough and assured me everything is fine so far, and we should come back next year to re-assess how everything is looking. We also chatted with the dentist in passing, and had a positive interaction with her and she was kind to my son as well.

Dr. Amee is an artist. You want a dentist who has a passion for their work, and this is obvious, not only in the way she carries out the processes involved in providing quality care, but in the extra little things that make the experience more comfortable for the patient. I’d never been to a dental office where they offered you Bluetooth headphones to help reduce the noise from your procedure. All of the staff is caring and professional! A great experience each time I’ve visited. Thank you!

Very friendly place. They explain every detail in a understandable manner. Always making sure you are ok and confortable. They try to make a connection and make you feel welcomed. Best dentist office I have been in so far.

Sorry, if this is long winded but you must know about this little gem of a place in Justin, Texas.

Over the past two years I made several attempts to start ortho treatment for my oldest son only to discover those plans were far too expensive for a single parent income. I almost gave up but then randomly decided to try one last time. I googled braces and ended up reading all the positive reviews on Justin Dental. The next day I called and was greeted with the politest receptionist, Jocelyn. She scheduled our consultation right away. You will notice right away the as soon as you walk in the door the office staff and Dr. greet you with a welcomed smile. Every time!

Dr. Andy Shahs stellar professionalism is by far the best we’ve encountered. Above all, he was patient and thoroughly explained everything to my son on what to expect. We discussed the payment options and they made it possible for us to start treatment.

Fast forward to today my son has braces. Not because I have high premium insurance but solely because the office made it work.

Dr. Andy Shah I could never thank you enough for making a way. I look forward to seeing my son talk and smile with confidence.

Great experience, highly recommend! They were up front about the cost of care prior to beginning which I appreciated and made sure to check in with me frequently during my cleaning and filling. I’ve been having difficulty finding a new dentist after moving to this area for school and was really impressed with this office and their staff. Will be back!

My daughter needed braces ASAP I called on a wed they got me in the next day and were able to give her braces on the same day of Our consultation visit 🙂 Dr and staff 100% best customer service. Orthodontist is so caring and gentle with my daughter she loves him.
