Avondale Haslet Dental Center

Found this place through my insurance network. I’m glad I chose this one! Everyone is so nice , the place is so clean and they are really good at explaining information to where I can understand it. They also have tvs while they clean your teeth! How cool is that, I never seen that before in a dental office.They got me in and out. Oh and the best part? It’s walking distance from my house! Looking forward to my next appointment!

I moved over here from Fort Worth and was apprehensive about trying a new dentist because I loved mine so much. My son is losing his baby teeth and we were having a mini emergency with one of them so I decided to give them a call and I am so glad I did! They got me in same day(not saying this will happen everytime but I'm happy they were able to today) and everyone was incredibly nice! We saw Dr. Pizor and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My son was very nervous but her and the dental assistant were extremely patient and sweet with him so he ended up calming down and doing great. The paperwork process was very easy as well! Will definitely be going there from now on. Thanks guys!

Best dental experience I have ever had! Had a tooth pulled and with past experiences elsewhere, I was terrified. Dr Baugh is amazing! She made me feel at ease under pressure! I'm no longer afraid of the dentist, definitely will return for more work :) Great Dr! Highly recommend her! Thank you so much!

Seems like all the negative reviews are centered around the “deep cleaning” they are pushing. More like car salesman than dentists. Went in for a regular cleaning, they did the evaluation and x Rays, then an office lady came back with her sales pitch. She was pushing the deep cleaning and all the follow ups, which she got both me and my wife with previously. When I told them we just wanted the regular cleaning and not not the $400 deep cleaning and the half dozen follow ups they said no. They refused to clean my teeth unless I was willing to pay them for this deep cleaning that I had never in my life heard about before my first visit with them. Of course they billed my insurance for the exam and x Rays which means I’ll have to pay for the exam when I get my teeth cleaned at Moore Family Dentistry right down the road. No medical office should be this concerned about maximizing profits. For them it’s not about taking care of their patients but getting as much as they can out of them. Don’t be suckered into the “deep cleaning”. Find an honest dentist. They do still exist.

So thankful to have found Dr Baugh and her staff. Just awesome! Took three decades to get back to Texas , and you know finding a dentist you are comfortable with is an issue. Well, I’ve done just that and I could not be happier.

Everyone is so pleasant and nice when you first walk in. I got the pleasure of having Nancy as my assistant and she is the sweetest! Dr.Baugh came over and was so nice! We got to chat a little before the procedure began and she made me feel very comfortable! The numbing process was the easiest I've ever expierienced, I was having an exctraction done and I didn't even know she had taken it out, such an easy process and pleasant dental experience!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my dental care at this office! Dr. Baugh and her hygienists seemed loving and compassionate for the health of their patients, I too needed a special "deeper cleaning" The hygienist explained everything thoroughly. I understand that an initial deeper cleaning is recommended for the longevity of my teeth. I also understand that a "maintanence cleaning" and fabulous home care is also recommended to ensure I keep my teeth for the rest of my life. And Insurances also understand Periodontics is serious and they covered my cleaning at 80 percent so my portion was 20 percent. I will happily pay 20 percent of my cleanings for the rest of my life, especially if that means I get to keep my teeth for the rest of my life. I thank Avondale Haslet for jumping on this and treating me correctly instead of letting this problem worsen. I did research on Periodontal disease and its not pretty. Very easy to find as well. Just google periodontal disease and everything will be explained. But in conclusion, I would recommend this office to all my friends and family. Dr. Baugh takes great care of me and my family. She is also very good with children and that is hard to find. Everyone in her office is very helpful and caring from the front desk people to the girls in the back. Thank you Dr. Baugh and her team!!!

We have been going to Dr. Baugh since she opened her practice. She is a friendly and caring dentist. We love the staff and the amazing care we receive each time we visit.

Once again, Dr. Baugh did a great job on my 50 year old steel molar that the Army gave me in Viet Nam! Goes to show you, that she can repair, replace and fix anything to do with teeth. Once again, thank you Dr. Baugh and Staff!

We used this office for our kids regular cleanings and basic fillings. We really like this office. We were told at a prior visit my son may need a crown in the future due to a condition he has. 2 months later I notice cavity/black on his teeth so I called them and tell them what they told us. I asked if they could consider doing the crown at the same visit because we are self pay. They insisted we come in to be seen and the dentist could go from there. They examined and then referred us to another dentist because they dont do pediatric crowns (or anything more than basic fillings, I think). This was upsetting as I did have to pay to be told to go somewhere else. Also took several calls to get the xrays sent to the pediatric dentist so we wouldn't have to pay for those again.
