The staff was very professional and explained every step of the initial visit. Additionally, my Doctor clearly explained what work I needed and was completely thorough. This was the most comprehensive and pleasurable Dentist experience I've had!

Giving them 3 stars because they failed to tell me they did not have a hygienist on staff and the one in Temple was on vacation. I could not get my teeth cleaned for my 6 month check up and cleaning. They wanted me to drive to Round Rock for my cleaning and that was after I complained. I did not go because I would have to miss like 2 hours of work and waste a lot of gas.

When I went in I was crying overwhelmed looking like a crazy lady because my tooth broke New Year’s Eve. I was so scared after not seeing a dentist for 36 years, I am going to tell you if anyone is struggling with fear or inability to get their teeth fixed; this is a place to go! They are fantastic! Moving The rest of my family to get the teeth taken care of at Aspen!

Found them through a search on Safari. Recently moved to Killeen from Galveston. Didn’t need a dentist but needed a denture repair. Called, they got me in the next day and repaired my denture in a couple of hours. Can’t say they can do this all the time or for everyone but mine was a simple tooth fell out of my denture and the technician was able to repair it in house. The staff was very friendly, helpful and understanding of the fact I was just there for a repair. My son asked about my experience and I told him I had a pleasant experience and recommend them. They are 5-7 minutes away from my house, took my insurance and charged a very reasonable rate considering I’m on a fixed income. I don’t know what other insurance they take but they took my Met Life Dental. If I ever need a dentist for other than repairs I will probably go back to them. The office I went to in next to the Killeen Mall on S W S Young.

Everyone that I had contact with were very friendly. Kimberly Haynes and Shashana made my experience with getting dentures so very nice, they were understanding, funny, and caring, and quick. I have already recommended Aspen dental to my brother. I am glad I chose ya'll.

I was overwhelmed with fear prior to arriving for my appointment of four teeth being extracted. When I arrived, I went through the normal check in with minimal waiting. After checking in with the super friendly staff, I was then called to the back by the dental assistant Shashana. Her bubbly personality and reassurance that I was going to be taken care of by her and Dr. Haynes made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Haynes explained the procedures and addressed my fears by checking in with me to make sure I was doing okay and comfortable with what was being done the entire time and that made me feel so relieved. Thank you so much Dr. Haynes, You and your team were nothing short of amazing!!!

From the moment I called to walking out a week later after having my extraction, EVERYONE was WONDERFUL! I am someone who is TERRIFIED of mouth pain and I expressed that and they took better care of me than I could of imagined! I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was so scared when I knew I’d be awake, however the MOST AMAZING dentist and dental assistant EVER made the process comfortable, QUICK and I didn’t feel a thing! I HIGHLY recommend Aspen! Also, the office manager took time to answer all my questions, go over finance options and ultimately made it happen before my vacation! I truly can’t say enough good things about this office!!!
