The environment is too fast paced for the staff and you can see the staff are over whelmed. You have a individual that's consider the manager
( Brooke ) who clearly has no education what so ever in the line of work she is in. The rooms provide you no privacy. Unorganized company; horrible management and you can clearly tell management needs training. If the girl was a whistle blower she would lose her position. You can't place blame on the employees who are trying when their manager has no idea. Every time I turned around she was outside smoking in front of the building. I must of counted her smoking 4 times within a 45 min time frame. This is unprofessional and just a rule of thumb if your going to be providing customer service nobody wants to smell smoke! On top of the smoking stuffing your mouth in front of your patients is out right unacceptable. You think because your standing the other side of the wall and there is NO DOOR that you can't be heard. Clearly your every word is heard as your bashing your patients and smacking on your food. I have no complaints of the doctor himself. He seem like a well educated man. However the management needs to trained or turned over to someone who can fill the role. I nor my child will return to this zoo.

Excellent super friendly service and skillful work done! Daniella, the office manager has everything running smoothly from Lacey at the front desk to Ashley checking out. Dr. Ibrahim and Daniel his assistant are great at their jobs and I'm proud of my new beautiful smile! Thanks to all of you!

I love this place! The staff is ALWAYS so courteous and helpful. Dr. Pavan is very educated and thorough. My son has always been afraid of the dentist, however, everyone here does an amazing job at making him feel comfortable!

Everyone was awesome, my dentist had awesome chair side manners. He did step by step while working on my mouth. His details was movement by movement which made me feel comfortable. He also has a good sense of humor which u don't find in many dentists. Also " I looked simply fabulous wen I look in the mirror.. ty so much smile studio. I had a broken crown in the front.

My son went in to see if a piece of tooth was still in the gum. Dentist was great on explaining that it was all out and more teeth were coming through. My son has autism, the dentist and staff are always so patient and great with him.

Fantastic visit! My usual dentist did not pull any teeth and I was in so much pain right before Christmas and they could not see me! I called the smile studios and got an appointment the next day!!❤️❤️They ex rayed my teeth and pulled them today and it did not hurt at all!! This will be my new dentist !!

My son and my daughter really love this place and the staff is really gental and nice. The new office manager is amazing and worked with us to get the kids seen on short notice. The new dr was incrediable and explained everything where both the kids and myself could understand. Thank you Smile Studio!
