Crowns that come off in two weeks. I could believe one coming off but not two within three weeks. Now we have to pay for another lot. I personally have a crown on my tooth for 30 years with no bother, so there is something going on there!!!!!

I am switching my kids dentist from this one they don't take there time with kids they told me my daughter didn't have no cavity well I took her to Texas children's bc this dentist referred her there and to come and find out she had to have 4 teeth pulled

Poor management who plays favorites to her friends. Then post on social media as if she is marketing within the community when the reality of it is she’s taking the marketing supplies to her friends. Perhaps corporate should reference this. The child who won the back to school backpack isn’t even a patient to smile studio. That is twisted business and I encourage corporate to look into this. The child is a Valderez, the pro star waste basket the one she gave it too a Valderez, Polk county sheriff department a Valderez and the child that got the back pack a Valderez. This isn’t only unprofessional but it drives your patients away because of poor management.
