Where do i start!
Dr. Cody Bauer and staff were wonderful, i can't say enough about how they made me feel from the time I walked in to the time you walked out. I've never experienced service like this at a dental practice.
First of all i had a bad experience with my previous dentist that diagnosed me for a root canal after they fitted me for a temporary crown while the permanent was being made. I needed a second opinion. And that's when i coworker recommended this practice for their professionalism and experience.
I met with Dr. Cody Bauer and he gave me his advice with no root canal needed. That i should try the permanent crown first. There was no charge for the second opinion!
After thinking about my situation i felt better to just ask for my permanent crown and take it to Dr Cody Bauer to seat the crown. And after it was seated everything looked good they told me no charge!
I work at a local Dr's office and you just don't get Dr's services for free, i explained this to them and they insisted there was no charge.

Absolutely the most wonderful dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Bauer and his staff got me in same day for a (minor) dental emergency and treated it right away. Their examination was incredibly thorough and they even discussed future issues and options. If I ever visit the Mansfield area again, I will definitely be stopping by their practice.

Best dentist my wife and I have encountered in 30 years. Their office staff is very personable and friendly, the dentists are competent and thorough, and their costs are contained quite effectively. They had a billing mistake once where they undercharged me by almost $200 on a crown due to miscalculation and, since it was their mistake, they just forgave the charge--an UNHEARD OF occurrence. I've had a dozen or so fillings and a crown, my wife has had three crowns and a handful of fillings, and all of the work was perfectly executed at a cost SIGNIFIGANTLY lower than our previous dentist's.

I would highly recommend Mansfield Family Dentistry! I have a big fear of the dentist and have always experienced a lot of nervousness before an appointment. Since I have been with Dr. Bauer these last few years I can honestly say that they do a tremendous job making me feel comfortable! I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Bauer has set up an excellent family friendly dentist office. The large staff would seem to perhaps think there would be lack of personal care with each person. Each person from front desk to each dentist in office care and make sure the patient has individual care and that each one is comfortable. They are the perfect dental office for excellent care in dental work and insurance coverage.

Let me start by saying how much I loved Dr. Bauer. Sadly though I have to wait usually 30 minutes or longer past my appointment time before I can actually get in to see the doctor, and with a job and kiddos, that didn't work for me. The prices are also a little high. Even just to get your teeth cleaned.

This is a GREAT place to go for your dental needs! I have gone only a few times and both times just to remove wisdom teeth, but I am going back soon now that I have insurance for me and my daughter!
