Happy Smiles Family Dentistry

As soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted with a smile & it was that way by every staff member until I stepped out the door. The hygienist was friendly & explained every process she was going to do. The dentist is so nice & bubbly I love her attitude & the financial advisor is great & friendly. The entire staff is great & I'd definitely recommend. First time I've been to a dentist & felt so comfortable and welcome & not just another patient.

I love doctor Kellie Johnson. Her energy is always lovely, welcoming, and pleasant. She’s good at her craft, pays attention to detail, and fast. I also really appreciate the support of her staff, especially her officer manager Brooke; how clean the office is, and being able to get in and out with no excessive waiting. They are very accommodating and I’m looking forward to keeping a “happy” smile with them.

The dental hygienist was very nice, informative, and thorough on the cleaning. My main concern and issue was calling ahead of time to ask what was cost for my visit. I was told a certain price. Then, the finding out that I was mislead with the payment not covering cleaning which was an additional $100 plus did not really make me want to return especially after clarifying the whole point of my visit was for cleaning. As a black female, I do my best to support minorities/female owned businesses which is why I chose place but I am kind of skeptical of returning after the pop up extra cost told to me after doing imaging of my teeth.

Dr. Johnson and her staff were absolutely incredible! I booked appointments for my entire family and they worked with our schedules, processed our PPO insurance in advance to ensure we were informed about costs before our appointments, and had great bedside manner. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. Overall, our experience was great. Dr. Johnson and her team are our new extended family!

First impression this was a very good experience. I have a fear of Dentist and everyone here made my visit Very simple and inviting. From the phone call to ask about dentist to walking in the office for my initial appointment. Thank you Erica for making cleaning a Very good experience. Thank you Happy Similes, Dental!! Dr. Kellie was very personable, I must say I was impressed with everything I experienced in a very good way You all helped ease my hesitation from past experiences 😆🤓

The best experience and service I’ve ever experienced. Erica did my deep cleaning she was VERY nice and very thorough, she explained everything that she was doing which made me even more comfortable. Dr. Johnson is a delightful funny lady with a very nice spirit . Upon checking out Brooke was VERY helpful and very nice. It was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Happy Smiles for the past few years now and I have nothing but positive experiences there. Dr. Johnson and her crew make you feel like family and make sure you leave with a Happy Smile.

All the staff are absolutely amazing and very patient with not only the kids but the parents as well. They try to make your experience as pleasant as possible. My daughter was excited to see a dentist that looks like her that made my day to see her excited. Thanks for making this time a great experience.

Really disappointed in my first visit. I didn’t even see the doctor. The hygienist had some concerns with my X-rays and made a few recs but the doctor never came in to discus that with me. After my appt i called the office to let them know my concerns and the doctor got on the phone. She apologized for not seeing me but seemed irritated at the questions I was asking. Not a good first impression. Front desk staff was super sweet, but I don’t recommend.

Let me tell you..... This place is GREAT! The moment I called to Schedule an appointment for my two-year-old they were kind and helpful, I came in and the staff was helpful with any questions I had and going over payments was great! I cannot talk good enough about the Dentist and her assistance's as well. We will be repeating customers and adding family members to go as well! I have never been so comfortable with a dentist before! There are no pushing payments, no unnecessary dental work needing to be done, no forcible payment decisions, and very patient and caring staff when it comes to the comfortability of your little ones. Thank you so much Happy Smiles Staff for an amazing first impression. We have now chosen our Family Dentist :)
