I had a very positive experience at Tijerina Family Dental. Easy parking, clean & quiet waiting area, front desk staff is friendly and organized. The attending dental assistant was kind and efficient. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Tijerina as well. Great customer service. Dr. Tijerina was extremely thorough in explaining my needs. This office has the most up to date technology, 3D X-Rays. This allowed for a more accurate evaluation and decision for treatment. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Tijerina and his friendly and very professional staff.

After 10+ years with my current dentist, I have been searching for a new one due to his upcoming retirement and a change in office personnel. After doing a Google search for a dentist that has experience in treating TMJ patients, Dr.Tijerina came up and I was most excited to see from his website that he has a T scan device in office. I had my first appointment today and am so relieved and happy to have found this awesome dental team! A quick chat with a patient of over 15 years as I waited to be seen reaffirmed my choice in this dental practice with her positive reviews. The office uses an app which is really cool to keep track of your appointments and complete any forms they may need. The front staff, Stephanie and Frances, are very kind and truly care to go above and beyond to assist you in scheduling appointments and checking your insurance benefits while also providing you with any up front costs so that you are prepared ahead of time. The tech, Lupita, was also very friendly and explained the 2D and 3D x-ray process in detail so that I knew what to expect. I was blown away by the advanced technology used as well as the professional and confident manner in which Dr.Tijerina addresses concerns. He takes the time to sit with you and go over your case and any future treatment plans. He is so thorough, informative and takes a proactive approach in preventative care and close monitoring. He had to make adjustments to my bite to help alleviate pain I have had for a while and I did not feel a thing which for me is huge as I am extremely sensitive. I already referred my husband and family members and am so glad to have found my new dental home!

This was my 1 1/2 year old son’s first visit to the dentist so I was a bit worried. As soon as we stepped in, the staff greeted us with a smile and immediately saw us at the time of our appointment. The nurses were so nice and made us all feel comfortable especially my son. Dr. was very knowledgeable with all the information given to us on our child’s care. After, my son was given a sticker and a smile from the nurses. It’s these little things that have made us clients of Tijerina Dentistry.

Always a wonderful experience coming here. The transfer to new leadership worried me. I’ve been visiting Dr. Person for years, always friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they’re all still there, just as friendly and knowledgeable as ever. Dr. Tijerina is also great, so I’m happy to remain in good care with everyone here.
