Very unprofessional! Whomever is sending out letters from your office are rude!. People are out of town and have a crazy schedule. To send a letter saying that you will not see us because we couldn't be there is crazy. I will never go back.!!! I'll find an office that cares about people and accomodates our schedule.

Dr. Burns is wonderful very thoural explains everything. Only problem is when walking into her office front staff Elsa is not very friendly nor helpful. However once you pass her all other staff very friendly.

Very friendly staff and clean facility. Never had an issue with them taking my insurance (UHC) or my husband's (BCBS) and we've been seeing them for almost 2 years now. Dr. Burns is very personable and honest. Love the chapstick they offer!!

The people were nice, but I do not recommend them if you do not want to pay out of pocket. They do not take anyone's insurance and unfortunately my family and I had to find this out after we had our appointments. I called to make the appointment and asked them specifically if they take my insurance and was told that they do. Plus we had contact with them at least two times before we even went for the appointment and nothing was said when we walked in that our insurance and everyone else's would not be taken. Everyone pays out of pocket. There are no signs that states this at the front desk either. So personally I would not and am not going to go back to this office.
