Went to the Midland Clinic for visit with oral surgeon, staff was very welcoming & helpful. Surgeon was very polite & helpful! He removed one tooth which was really giving me trouble & scheduled my surgery for next month. I’m looking forward to getting this surgery done & out of the way, been a long time coming!! Complete teeth removal & dentures are what I’m doing!!

Appt was for filling 2 cavities and taking mold for new crown as well as putting on temp crown . I had the gas to relieve stress. Selene and Dr Zheng were very positive and reminded me to breathe slowing out of my nose and paused if I was stressed to give me time needed to regroup. Appreciate it to help my anxiety .

I have tried to keep communication clear with them but it’s pretty useless. They do everything they can to get every dime out of you and the insurance. They will say one thing and apparently write another one down. Since my initial conversation I had asked about getting cleaning done before going in and all I did is do x-rays. And by the time cleaning came up they said they didn’t have a hygienist. Fast forward one of my crowns came off and the a lady put it back on, they said they have recorded they recommend a new one but it was not. So it fell off 3 weeks later, then I went back in and they wanted me to get a new one. I was upset because they should of said it to begin with, and I would of known what to expect. I waited back for a call back for 3 weeks to get a quote for one but did not receive one. I talked to the manager Jessica, and instead of giving me the quote we went back and forth on past events. She told me they did not make any money off my insurance, which is highly doubtful, and told me it was above her pay grade to know. Her lack of interest in the business she runs is unsettling. Go elsewhere. This place is a waste of time and money all the way around.

I can say, that I was expecting better service but is not. Having just one dentist for 4 or 5 patients, and waiting time is ridiculous.

Please tell people BEFORE they book their appointment that they will NOT have their teeth cleaned. I understand now that you do an in depth assessment to determine what type of cleaning is needed, but maybe you should schedule that time into the appointment. I have never not had my teeth cleaned when I booked an appointment. Also, I was there for two hours. That’s an extremely long time, especially when you didn’t clean my teeth. The physician was kind and professional, so was the person that took my X-rays, the hygienist was a bit abrupt.

Had an appointment scheduled and the office staff cancelled it without notifying me. Had to travel 45 minutes to find out that I did not have my appointment. Never apologized and the manager - Jessica Trevino- was extremely rude and unprofessional. She blamed me for not answering my phone but no message was left either. After I left the office, Jessica called and was picking a fight over the phone. I have never been treated like this - EVER! I will say the other staff has been kind and professional, but they need to get a new manager quickly!
