Loved it, I freaking dread coming to the Dentist but they made it fun and relaxing... Bert was cool as a fan Bert Meatless Monday's brother 💪🏽 As for my Dr. HERNANDEZ he was dope and very knowledgeable!!! Dr. Take that honeymoon in Jamaica bro Sandals.com only 3K all exclusive! I know you got it on you lmfaooo much love great place!!!!

Worst place ever! I took both my daughters they rushed on their cleaning and hurt one of them badly. The one that cleaned one of my daughter's teeth seemed like he didn't know what he was doing he sucked. N the lady that cleaned the other twin literally finished in less then 2 minutes. We also waited forever in waiting area over an hour. I would give no stars if I could.

I checked at 8:21am for my appointment at 8:30am. Filled out paperwork and turned it in. At 8:30 am customers were called in for their appointment, however, I was still sitting in the lobby waiting to be called. I looked at my watch and it was 8:38am when I see my hygienist just coming in to work. He was late. I was called back about 8:47am to have x-rays. The c/ray tech was very nice. She pointed me in the direction for room number two. I placed my purse and coat on a chair and sat down in the dentist customer chair. I was told the hygienist would be in shortly, however, the Dentist name Ly cameo. First to check my teeth and there is a cavity that Anne has been watching that Ly took a picture of to show me what she saw. She stated that she will let the girls upfront know that I will need to set another appointment to get this filling done. I thanked her. She was nice and professional. I waited about five minutes and my hygienist comes in. Speaks to me and I spoke back. Note: There has been a bit of tension between the two of us from over a year or so ago. He was very tough with my cleaning and spewed water all over me and When I confronted him, he stated that I just needed to breathe. I did not think that I wasn’t breathing. Anyway, he vegans to clean my teeth and the tool is leak and spewing water all around the outside of my mouth and he doesn’t try to make it any better until I say something about the water running all down the side of my jaw and around my neck. His statement to me was “oh, it is leaking a lot” then he wrapped a piece of paper around it which really did not do any good and continued about my cleaning. He finishes up the cleaning and another lady came in to let him know he had another patient and she blunteered to finish polishing my teeth, so he left. She began polishing my teeth and was not doing a very good job of polishing because she appeared not trying to get to every toothe. She flossed me as if she was in a hurry to finish, washed my mouth with the water and told me to sign a paper and that I could check out at the front desk. I cleaned around my mouth and grabbed my purse and coat and found my way to the checkout. No one was in the area and I waited about three minutes before being helped with checking out. The check out clerk was not friendly either. I felt like most of the staff was already having a bad day to start with. At checkout I was given another app for June 19. Without looking up at me the receptionist said did you want to make an appointment for the filling? I said I would just get it filled when I come back on June. The receptionist stated that I might just want to make that a separate appointment because you never know what can happen between now and then. I informed her that I will just have it done in June when I come back for my cleaning. She laid my bill on the counter and stated for me to have a nice day. Maybe I just saw unhappy folks in this office or maybe they were just too extremely busy to be or show any kindness or even slightly making a smile...I left with the impression that I really don’t want to go back there anymore.

I took my nervous/scared 9 year old for some really deep fillings and he didn't feel a thing!! He didn't even realize he was given an anesthetic injection! The doctor was very gentle, kind and kept him informed of what to expect, which made him feel comfortable and at ease. The staff were friendly/professional. I will definitely continue to see Bliss Dental for my family dental care.

Dr. Aguilar was very gentle with my teeth and explained everything thoroughly. She was very professional and enthusiastic about her work. One of the best cleanings I’ve had.

I was not happy with my experience here, I just went for a checkup and cleaning. My first impression wasn't great, the lobby and office were messy (garbage everywhere) and the restroom was very dirty. The restroom cleaning log was 10 days out of date! This didn't inspire confidence and neither did the employees. I felt like they were all just going through the motions. The doctor was friendly enough, but I felt like my cleaning was poorly done. They were keen to do more work for me and charge me more money but it didn't feel right about it. I will get a second opinion on my next cleaning (at a different office) and see what they say. Bottom line: go somewhere else.

I arrived at bliss dental 15 minutes early to fill out the required paperwork. Then my appointment time arrived. I waited an additional 15 minutes. I went to the reception and asked when I was going to be seen - she said in just a moment. I waited another additional 30 minutes and they brought me back and took x-rays. Then they led me out to the waiting room again. I said I came here for a teeth cleaning. After waiting over two hours after my appointment time I just walked out DISCUSTED at the lack of customer care!! Bliss dental is a terrible place. Do yourself a favor and skip them!

I believe his name was Dr.Burt. Very very good!!! I really appreciate him for being gentle with my cleaning. We laughed and it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back in 6 months

This was our first visit to Bliss dental and we were very impressed with the front desk staff, the x-ray tech, the dental hygienist to the doctor. Everyone was very nice and informative. We will definitely be back again!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I hadn’t had any bad experience. The only problem is the wait but that would be any normal good dentistry.
