Incredibly friendly staff from the people at the front desk to the hygienist and dentist. They ensured I was comfortable every step of the way, and made the visit simple and painless in every way. Far and away the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had my son’s checkup and cleaning done today, always a great experience with Vicky and Dr. Thorne. I will continue to bring my family in for all of our dental needs for years to come. Courtney and Dawn make sure to work with scheduling and insurance so I know exactly what, when and how much my coverage I have and the best times for my busy schedule. Britany is always gentle and extremely thorough taking in every need I have while assisting Dr. and giving you a smooth appointment from start to finish. Best dental team ever💜

Dr. Thorne and his staff are very professional and attentive. They genuinely care about their patients. I was tired of driving across town to the dentist I have been going to for 25 years. So glad I found this office for one of my least favorite things- teeth cleaning…..They make it worth it!

I developed a toothache over night and was in a lot of pain. The receptionist, who is alway extremely nice and friendly, found an appointment for me at 9:30AM that morning. The Dental Hygienist was very kind and Dr. Anderson compassionate and through. He explained the cause of my pain, did the necessary procedure to relieve the pain/problem and offered advise about home care. Very pleased with this practice and would recommend the staff to anyone for routine and acute dental care needs.

The staff at the facility is AMAZING! My two boys were extremely nervous about their visit but Courtney did an amazing job making my children feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely continue my business here and recommend anyone and everyone! Thank you for all you do!

Disappointing first visit. I just switched to Thorne Family Dentistry from a dentist I had been with for almost 20 years as my wife raved about their service and their location is more convenient to where I live. I went in, had a short wait in the waiting room, then was taken to an examination room where I was told Dr. Thorne would be in shortly. I sat there for almost an hour before I was told Dr. Thorne was performing emergency oral surgery and was asked if I would mind seeing the other dentist in the practice. Funny, because their website says you don't have to wonder which dentist you'll be seeing and doesn't mention any other dentist. I didn't feel like waiting any further, so I agreed. The other dentist examined me (I have a popping in the right side of my jaw) and his diagnosis was that I should see a TMJ specialist. Never saw Dr. Thorne.
Review Update 9/10/22 - Dr. Thorne called me personally this morning and was very apologetic about the wait time and lack of communication which he said he has discussed with his staff. He said he appreciated my feedback and believed it would help him improve upon his practice's customer service. He also said he had reviewed my x-ray and gave me a thorough explanation of my options and his recommended course of action. I find it very impressive that the doctor would call me personally on a Saturday morning and spend a good 15-20 minutes talking about my situation, so I've added a couple of stars to my review. I have already made an appointment for teeth cleaning on 2/1/23 and look forward to meeting him at the time. Impressive customer concern and service!

Live this place ! Yes I said that about a dentist office ! ! But these people are the best. When you see Dr. Thorne and his staff u will see a group of professionals who authentically care about hou and whatever it is they can help you with. I really appreciated Dr Thorne taking time to discuss options on a service I need with him and an ongoing other dental service that is overlapping. I appreciate too that he is not put out with any quirky pushbacks a patient might have with his suggested treatments. This is not always the case with medical doctors.
