The care that I received was exceptional and I will be coming back to this practice well into the future.
Dr. Oushy is extremely competent and professional. I’ll top of that she is extremely pleasant and patient as she explained my treatment plan.
Sarina made me feel right at home and everything about my interaction with her was great!
That made it real it easy for me to follow her directions. It was important to her that I was comfortable and knew what was happening at all times.

I do not recommend this company unless you are knowledgeable in dental insurance and willing to ask many questions. They will charge you for services not covered by your insurance and refer you to subcontractors out of your insurance network without notification. Dentist actually solicited a Google review after carving out two teeth to prepare for a root canal.
I was not going to post a review but the more people I talk to about this place, the more I find out about people having similar experiences. The staff and dentist are nice at first, but they will take everything from you if you aren't paying attention.
Other things to note:
-six month cleaning may not be done by a hygienist, but they'll charge as if so
-six month cleaning "requires" x-rays and photos
-first exam and emergencies are easy to book, cleanings are not
-first exam will take hours if expecting to receive a cleaning that day
-billing will threaten you with "collections" before notifying you owe money
-billing never matches what is sent to the insurance company
I could go on and on, and it's only been one year with this dentist.

I absolutely adore this dentistry!! Everyone is so amazing and friendly!! I had a horrible experience at another local dentist office but Keller Modern Dentistry restored my faith! The front office is amazing, Dr. Springer is awesome and Christi is the best! But really, the entire office is the best I have ever seen! Thank you Keller Modern Dentistry for being who you are!! My family has been under dental care with Dr. Springer and team since 2016 and it’s has been the absolute best dental experience. The cleanliness, friendliness, and gentle and compassionate concern Dr. Springer provides is off the charts. I leave the office KNOWING what is needed to maintain or correct any concerns regarding our individual dental needs. My children have ALWAYS felt comfortable going to get exams and cleanings here which means so much to me and speaks volumes of the care provided. You are in great hands with this team!

I first want to note that I actually take care of my mouth and take oral heal seriously. Their recommendations for keeping my teeth in the best shape has always been good and precise for my needs.
Asia does a wonderful job with the cleaning and making sure you’re comfortable during the entire process. The ladies at the front are very friendly. I can see me coming here for years to come.

From beginning to end, the experience here was uncomfortable. It was my first visit and I had come for a dental check up and cleaning, as is typically recommended every 6 months. When I entered there were two receptionists, they were busy and asked me to sit down to fill out some paperwork. While I was waiting I noticed another person in the waiting room. The receptionist called her up to go over the dental recommendations. The customer looked young and the list that was recommended for her seemed quite extensive. I figured that she was another sticky candy eating, no brushing young person (not unlike how my children would like to be) that just needed help. I overheard the receptionist that was providing the dental service information give the customer an overwhelming number. Listening to her recoil in shock, I was surprised to hear the receptionist continue to push for the sale. In a state of relief, the conversation was over and I overheard the receptionist call My dental insurance. The dental insurance we have is pretty good and has a $7,000 annual limit. Meanwhile, it took 2 HOURS to get called back for x-rays, I met a bright and energetic image technician with fantastic small talk skills. When my imaging was complete I was led to a dental chair, and in the room were big posters on gums and periodontal numbers. I knew they would recommend a “Deep Cleaning” before even talking to the dentist. When the dentist came in she started right with the numbers Deep Cleaning Recommended, sigh…Predictable. I also had a wisdom tooth that was troublesome, the Dentist recommended removing it, along with the tooth next to it, due to decay. My first thought was “I need to go soon to get the kids, I’ve been here two hours already”. I asked about the regular cleaning, and she said “Someone will be in here to talk to you about what the costs will be”.
I met the receptionist in the hallway, as I was walking out and she handed me the Quote too go over. Care to guess? Yep, slightly over $7,000. it was time to run, I had wasted enough time here. When I got a second opinion, it confirmed my suspicions.
This whole experience tells me that the Management here is pushing to get as much of the insurance money as they possibly can. The problem is, my mouth pays the price of the overachieving Management Practices.
The Endodontist I ended up going to had Me, the Customer, in mind the whole time. Timely, No pressure and a staff of true professionals that understood one thing, Helping People.

Samantha was so professional, kind, understanding and could probably hear the panic in my voice when trying to get an appointment with an endodontist. My son was in the ER over the weekend due to an infection in his crown and I had called over 6 offices to try and find an opening. She was able to get us all connected and seen the very next day. I am so grateful to her and the team at Keller Modern Dentistry.

Keller Modern Dentistry and Orthodontist is an excellent place to go to for dental work. I have been going here for a few years now and I haven’t had any issues when doing any check ups. Recently I went in (1/11/23) for my check up as I haven’t been able to go since Covid started. I was well overdue and very anxious to get it completed (I genuinely do not like getting dental work done). Everyone was very accommodating and kind throughout the whole process. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Oushy (like sushi!) as my Doc and she was amazing. Talked me through the whole process and what I needed to get done. She had examined my teeth and noted I had Periodontal Disease and should get a full deep cleaning completed. Of course, my gums being inflamed would cause this to be a rather big pain. She recommend issuing laughing gas to me and getting numbing injections to avoid any pain. Let me say, I don’t drink, smoke, or do anything drug related so this was an experience. But Dr Oushy helped me through the whole thing. That and her assistant Sharefah and the Oral Physician Azaia were so helpful and kind. They calmed me down and allowed me to get the work done with little to no issues. Most of all, very little pain. Any felt was like a poke from a pencil lightly on the skin. Overall I would highly recommend visiting and getting your treatment done. I will be coming back as I always do!

I went here in July and august for crown and wisdom teeth removal. For both visits total paid was roughly $1500, with insurance. I thought it was expensive at the time, but I paid the bill. About two months later I receive a statement from my insurance company stating the total amount paid out to Keller Modern Dentistry and the amount I should have paid out of pocket. The difference was $773, that I paid extra and should not have. I called both my insurance, to verify, and Keller modern dentistry to get a refund. After numerous calls to Keller modern dentistry(speaking to Fabiola), and filling a grievance report with my insurance company, I received a partial refund, but still never got the full amount back.
Not sure why this happens?? Imagine paying nearly $775 over for a service and then never really getting a clear answer as to why from the company? And then never really getting a full refund back. It’s ridiculous. I’m tired of it and gave up. Will never go there again.
