I had a great experience here! It was my first time making it to the dentist in a few years and I was very nervous. However, the entire staff made me feel very welcomed and comfortable! I felt genuine care from them and it helped me so much! My hygienist, Luella, did an absolutely fantastic job. She did so much to help me feel comfortable and she eased my nerves so much. I'm so happy I chose to come here and am thankful that I have found a dental office that I feel comfortable continuing to visit.

This was my best dental experience ever! Carolina, the hygienist, was gentle but yet thorough with my dental cleaning. She educated me on oral hygiene, and it showed she cared. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Choi was welcoming, and easy to talk to. I will not be going to another dental office. This dental office is a keeper. Thank you for the spectacular service!

If you are looking for a dentist or a dentist hygienist Watauga Family Dentistry, is it, because they are the best. I have gone to many different dentists, and I was convinced that I hated going to the dentist. A lot of it was because I felt like the dentist never listened, they didn't know what they were doing, it hurt, making up things that needed to get done, feeling pressured into procedures so they can walk away with more money. I hated going to a bad dentist or the wrong dentist. I have found Watauga family dentistry team is not that. I have been going to them for a few years now and I don't plan on changing. Everyone is friendly, they listen to your needs, and the dentist and the dentist hygienist are highly skilled. They are upfront with prices, and they recommend procedures to let you know your options without feeling pressured.

I am not a standard patient at Watauga Family Dentistry, but wanted a second opinion on work recommended by my current dentist. When I called to make an appointment the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me. I was able to book an appointment quickly - the next morning! When I met with Dr. Choi, she was professional and extremely caring. When I explained the treatment recommended she took considerable thought and inspected my teeth with great intent and gave her recommendation. She explained the treatment option and what a future prognosis would look like with detail. If I did not have a dentist I have been using for many years, I would highly consider Dr. Choi’s office.
