4 years ago I gave 5 stars for the service but today I called for tooth pain and the female that answered was not friendly and told me to hold on then proceeded to hang up on me. I could call back but I already sounded like I inconvenienced her from the way she sounded the first time I called.
But I will say 4 years ago the staff and service was great but unfortunately I’ll have to find somewhere else to go now.

Absolutely loved this dental office! Everyone from the front desk staff to the doctor were all so nice. I was called back right away and the hygienist took her time and did an awesome job on my cleaning. The assistant, hygienist and doctor all took the time to listen to my concerns and get me the answers and solutions I needed (which is hard to find in odessa). Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable for my whole visit. I will definitely keep going here for my 6 month check ups and cleanings. 10/10 recommend!(:

Not only we received a billed after visit because the insurance did not cover all the billed when they could of told us that the day of the appointment, but they also billed you $50.00 if you don’t cancel your appointment with 24 hrs in advance. So ridiculous;)

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and they got me in the same day as a walk-in... That means a lot to oilfield workers who cannot usually schedule appointments or have much time off when they are home... My personal dental experience was painless and fast. I highly recommend this dentist office.
