It was a Saturday morning. . . eating fresh cherries while cooking breakfast. WHEN CRACK!! I accidentally bit into the pit and horribly chipped my tooth!
I was mortified! I was scheduled to host a birthday at my home later that day. NOOOOO! I quickly rushed to Precious Smiles, because THANK GOD they are OPEN ON SATURDAYS!
Dr. Chris and Dr. Rose took such wonderful care of me!
Ran X-rays to make sure of the damage, then fixed me right up.
NO PAIN or discomfort. My tooth looks like new! I was so incredibly thankful.
They are my regular dentists and I always recommend them to everyone. They take the time to explain to you and even SHOW you your teeth. Their staff is always kind and professional. Melissa, the receptionist is great at answering questions on insurance, payments and scheduling.

Sad because I love dr Chris but his front desk secretary (Melissa) is anything but helpful. Very rude each and every time you call to try and find out about your co pay or any other questions you may have she is not helpful at all on trying to help you or make you feel comfortable. The dentist can be good all day but your office staff also matters in my opinion! Really hate having to find someone else but would rather not deal with the rudeness or feeling like I can’t get help with the questions I have!

Was needing a dentist I could get into quickly after my ENT found my sinus issue was due to my teeth. I was able to get in the next day and even have the extractions I needed done that same afternoon. This was the best dentist office I have ever been to. All the staff was great, professional, and very helpful. Dr. Chris and his beautiful wife, Dr. Rose are the best dentist. Dr. Rose has hands from God, gentle, and I never even felt the needle from her deadening me. Both sides. I could have even fell asleep. Dr. Chris is so patient and explains everything before and after the procedure. He also is gifted with his hands. I've had no pain whatsoever after 4 extractions and normal bleeding. I really enjoyed this visit and I was in the greatest hands of people that truly care about you and their work. I will indeed make this place my go to dentist. Thank you all so much for being there. I loved my experience today! I was a little nervous because I hadn’t been to a dentist in so long and my teeth are in pretty rough shape so I know it’s gonna take some work to get them back to normal. Also, I’m a big baby. I opted for the laughing gas and that made me nervous too because I’ve never had it but once the dentist put that mask on me it was a piece of cake. It was pain free. He had already numbed me and I didn’t even notice when he put the injection. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist in my life. I definitely recommend. I’m so relieved that I’ve finally found a dentist I want to come back to 😁

Awful experience went there in hopes of a great experience and my worst nightmare happened. They numbed me up for my procedure (a crown) and then left me for 45min before the dentist ever came in. I told him my concerns and then he blamed me because he said I was on my phone. I was never on the phone talking with anyone the entire time!!! My child was with me and her phone was dead so if you have kids you know who had my phone, my daughter. When you 1st go into a room you know people walk in and out getting things ready. The dentist did walk in behind me at one point and my daughter told me I had received a text so I quickly responded with a 4 word text and handed the phone back to her. That is what the dentist was referring to for me being on the phone and said he didn’t want to be rude and interrupt. He was with other patients the entire time. If you have a hard time going to the dentist I highly don’t recommend this one. I left in tears and my 11 yr old daughter couldn’t even believe how I was treated.

Our whole family comes to Dr. Chris & Dr. Rose!! They are always great with our 2 boys & even my husband & I being nervous about dental visits. Dr. Chris came in on his day off to help my husband when he broke his tooth & preformed a root canal the next day! The staff are always nice & patient. Myself (Lacie Lucas) & our family would recommend Precious Smiles to anyone!

Dr. Rose and Dr. Chris are two of the amazing dentists. They have treated my daughter for a few years and are wonderful with her. I had a horrible experience almost 30 years ago at another dentist’s office, that and shame kept me from going to a dentist. I finally made an appointment for long overdue dental work. Both, Dr. Rose and Dr. Chris put me at ease and we’re oh so gentle in their work. They never once shamed for for going years without seeing a dentist. Absolutely, hands down, the two best dentist in the Permian Basin!

Hands down the best experience I've had with any dentist/or doctor. Dr.Chris explains his findings to you at the same time he sees your x-rays. In other words, he has you involved. He uses his words wisely, tells you about his plan, and answers all of your concerns in such a timely manner. He was very nice from the beginning all the way to the end. His wife and him make a great team. They definitely took very good care of me. I trust them and recommend their office.
