Both of The Doctors and The entire staff took really great care of me for both of my surgergies. They didn’t make me feel bad about the situation when I found out I needed a lot of work done either. It was overwhelming at first but they all took really great care of me from beginning to end and they personally text me to check on me as well. I’m so thankful for the Precious smiles staff, now that’s everything’s slowly getting done I’m looking forward to loving my smile someday!

I had a great experience during my first visit with Dr. Chris and I am confident that he will be able to fix the mistakes made by a previous dentist. They have great diagnostic tech and he explained my situation well by showing me x-rays and photos of everything. He struck me as very honest and knowledgeable.
UPDATE: I have been getting dental work done at Precious Smiles for several months now and am still very impressed with the painless, world-class service that I receive here.

I was a nervous walk in patient with a serious dental issue when I arrived. I was treated almost immediately. A plan of long term treatment was initiated and future plans were explained in terms that I found very easy to understand. The first treatment was absolutely painless and very thorough. Honestly the best dental experience I've had by far! I called about about an urgency and was able to be seen within the hour. Now, as a patient, I would typically see an Endodontist due to past horrible experiences, so I was a bit nervous once arriving to his office. However, Dr. Chris made my visit the total opposite. Everything was explained thoroughly to myself with great patience, he also takes his time in his work (whereas other dental offices, from my experience, rush to get you in and out) and not to mention, he listens to your concerns, and addresses them superbly. The staff are awesome, and very professional! Definitely coming back, whether an emergency or not, he is my go-to Dentist!

My only comment is that I found the receptionist was rude because while waiting after 30 minutes for my wife to complete her procedure I was told to just leave for no reason. I know it my sound petty to leave a bad review but when you’ve nothing wrong and get treated bad only because I’m waiting that’s bad for business.

Dr Chris is amazing! I've moved from state to state seeing all kinds of dentist and all of them I've had horrible experiences with. Being back in odessa for over a year now and I've only seen Dr Chris and Dr rose because they are now the only ones I trust to make sure I have good experience. They make me feel so comfortable, and thats hard to do for me when going to the dentist. They explain everything and answer any questions I might have, and even go into details on stuff I have no questions about to further explain whats going on. I will always go to them and I will always refer family and friends to them. ❤

They are great with all three of my kids. They never make you feel like a bad parent due to kids having cavities or needing caps or root canals. They also don't charge obscene amounts for dental work. The staff is amazing and Dr. makes you and your kids feel comfortable.

So glad we found this dentist when we relocated three years ago, even my husband likes it and he has never felt at ease at the dentist before. They are friendly, willing to answer all questions and concerns, and give quality care. My son was having a tooth ache and we stopped in and they took him right back to find out the problem and had him in first thing the next morning to resolve it. Great, great care and service. Highly recommend!

I am upset with the staff at this office. Primarily because they are saying that they did not have the insurance information for my children. When I made the appointment, I asked if they took the insurance I have, they said yes so I assumed they put it down when I scheduled the appointments, they then told me to go to their website to fill out paperwork online, which I did and again it asks for the insurance information which I put on there. I did receive a phone call asking to give them a call back and verify my children’s insurance I didn’t think anything of it because I had already let them know when I made the appointment almost 2 months in advance and when I filled out the paperwork online for them it had all that information as well. I called on a Friday to verify that everything was OK they let me know if there was no insurance on file and that the insurance is closed already and not open Saturdays so they can’t get benefits, granted it was at 4:45 when I called, but insurance departments don’t close until five so they had 15 minutes to call and get benefits. They told me I Would have to pay for my children exams. My issue is if you saw that you didn’t have insurance on my children and I told you that there was insurance why would you not give me a courtesy call and let me know. Now they don’t have any more appointments to accommodate my work schedule when I made this appointment 2months in advance. It is irritating because my other son saw the dentist 3 weeks ago with the same insurance and the dentist himself was great caring very informative and my son had a good dental experience. In my opinion the office staff dropped the ball on this issue when my insurance information was completed on the new patient paperwork that I filled out online. When I brought my other son in for his visit the front office lady did not ask me for my insurance because everything was filled out on the paperwork that I filled out online at the same time as I filled out the others
