I have paid regular visits to them since July 2017. I love Sherry and all other front desk staff, hygienist ( a Korean lady) and Dr Choi. The hygienist is very professional, she teaches me how to take care of my teeth. I actually had serious issues with my gum before, bleeding, inflammation and tartar below the gum. And after deep cleaning and regular cleaning, my gum is much healthier. Dr Choi is very gentle and kind, showing his respect to Chinese patients by speaking Chinese. The only thing I would complain is their availability. But it definitely worth the wait.

I have been check my tooth from Ace many years. The manager Sherry always take good care of her customers. There’s little bumpy last year for some of their dentist but things turns back well since this year. Good service!

Dr. Bae performed my wisdom tooth operation. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
I was concerned about pain prior to the surgery, but Dr. Bae and Sherry (the receiptionist) assured me that the surgery would be quick and painless. The operation went well, and I had a quick recovery period. Because of my positive experience with Dr. Bae, I returned for a crown on a tooth for which I had a root canal operation in the past. I'm very glad I found a dentist that I can trust. Highly recommend!

Jaw dislocation can be a nightmare. Can’t close your mouth, can’t eat, can’t speak clearly, and painful. Curing it can be a another nightmare. I encountered jaw dislocation about one year ago and went to an Emergency Room right away. Two doctor, spending 5 hours, using Anaesthetic and lots of pain…..
Yesterday night I encountered Jaw dislocation again. I prefer to endure it the whole night rather than going to ER. I sent a text message to Sherry for help at 11:30PM, she is a very professional and beautiful lady from Ace Implant & Family Dentistry of Plano. She responded right away ,gave me several guidance and told me I could go to Ace the next day morning without appointment. I couldn’t solve the problem by myself. This morning, I went to Ace and had thought it probably would be another nightmare and several hours. BUT, this time, the experience totally exceeded my expectations. A doctor, Dr Choi, 5 minutes, and no pain !! I really had fantastic experience with it. Greatly appreciated and highly recommend Ace. They are professional , taking care of patience carefully and friendly.

I am terrified of the dentist. It's almost abnormal and ridiculous to feel this way, but I do. Nevertheless, the staffs at Ace Implant & Family Dentistry are super accommodating and understanding. They do genuinely care about your oral hygiene and health. I highly recommend coming here. The facility is very clean and modern.

I had total 8 implants done by Dr Choi. He is professional and very experienced and performed all the procedure right at the spot. Dr Bae is also very professional and took great care of my dental need. The assistants and the front desk crews are very nice and very helpful. Highly recommend to everyone.

I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist because I’ve had many bad experiences growing up, but I truly can’t say anything bad about the dentists here at Ace. I finally decided to pull the trigger and get some cosmetic dentistry done on 4 of my teeth that have bugged me my entire life and they made the experience easy and as pain free as possible. The end product came out way better than I expected and I will never need to find another dentist.

The doctor has great bedside manner and the front desk girl took care of me and made me feel extremely comfortable.
