I can’t thank Dr. Baugher, Dr. Laughlin and their professional team enough. I could barely walk on Tuesday and was in a lot of pain. Dr. Baugher assessed my condition and set up an aggressive treatment plan to get me back on my feet quickly. It is Friday and I am doing so much better. Knowing that I have an irrational fear, they don’t judge, they simply do everything they can to ease my anxiety. Nina, my favorite Hygienist, even came in to the office on a day off because she found out I was there. I will never go anywhere else. The entire team is made up of some of the absolute kindest people I have ever met.

I must confess that I have deep rooted dental-phobia, so leaving my AZ dentist (25 years) and starting over here in TX was a HUGE DEAL to me...and of course, I put off meeting these wonderful people until I had an extreme dental emergency (a broken crown!) Let me tell you, I have never felt so cared for nor so comfortable in a dental chair! Drs. Williams & Sivie are so personable, professional, and talented! Their assistants are welcoming and attentive; Tina even walked me down to the endodontist's office to introduce me! The front office staff- wow, they just want to make it work for you in any way they can. And the hygienists? I actually enjoyed my initial cleaning with Valerie & today I had deep perio treatment with Janell and almost feel asleep in the chair! If you are a dental "weenie" like I was, come to this practice - you will certainly be well cared for and perhaps conquer your fear of dentistry, as I seem to be doing.

Excellent new patient experience with Dr. Sivie and her staff today! Hygienist, Donna, was great! They genuinely care about getting patients dental health where it should be through preventative measures. I’ve lived in 10 different cities and have been able to see at least 10 dentists. Comparatively, this staff is the best I’ve experienced. The 2-hour initial visit exam and cleaning was the most thorough I’ve ever had. I narrowed my search for a forward thinking dentist who is a FAGD, has been on D-magazine’s Best Dentists list, offers Carifree products & screening test, Velscope, OralDNA salivary tests, and Invisalign. In all of Dallas & North Dallas, Dr Sivie was the only dentist who met all of my criteria. Thank you!
