I've been a patient of Dr.Kung for 5 years! And He is literally the best dentisit I ever had in my life. He is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Today I had a extraction for 4 teeth and he took his time and was gentle in the procedure. He made sure I was comfortable and less nervous.
Dr. Kung takes that extra time to get to know his pateints. His office is very clean and his staff is very friendly. I was happy to have April as his assistant today during my procedure. She was super nice and made me not nervous at all. She literally held my hands while Dr. Kung was extracting my teeth.

Todays experience well was amazing apart from my insurance company giving a pain and not giving the office as well as myself correct info. We had to call and clarify a lot because what was stated on their page didn’t match. It’s sad insurance companies try to scam you so much and make you pay although you’re already paying a lot aside from that all the staff was lovely. My hygienist was super informative and so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and she shared the same name as my daughter Aria. The doctor was so kind and informative as well and is truly honest and i love that. Claudia and Benkey were also absolutely wonderful. Those 2 ladies truly care and literally went at arms length to clarify the insurance issue and help me be seen as soon as possible. I felt so bad but they were truly doing their job and they clearly love it. From a scale to 1 to 10 i give the overall experience a 10 because i haven’t ever received this type of service at any dental office thanks again for your hard work and hospitality can’t wait to continue coming to you all

Iam usually scared every time l have a dental appointment. But this office has the most welcoming and kind stuff I have ever met!
The first reception tells you a lot of what to expect. I have had very bad experiences in the middle of surgery with previous dentist, so was a little nervous.
But when I arrived at Vitality, I was catered for with love and the stuff here are very knowledgeable, and they are well trained and know what they’re doing! The X-ray lady was exceptionally. I almost thought she was the main Doc! She was so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout the Many x- rays she took of my teeth.
I felt secure mainly because of the privacy in the consultation room, unlike other places. I have a scheduled appointment to start my treatment and I have enough faith with Doctor Kung. He is very friendly too and knows what he’s doing.
Their machines are exceptional! I never saw this anywhere else. I trust I will be well soon and get my smile back.

It is important for dental facilities to be transparent and upfront about the costs of their services, and to work with patients to find financial solutions that are fair and reasonable. Patients should not feel like they are being taken advantage of or pressured into making financial decisions that are not in their best interests. I have experienced this kind of behavior at this dental facility. I wasted my time driving to the facility for an appointment without being given a transparent and upfront information about the costs of their services. I also wasted my money when I had to confront the staff of this treachery and still pay an appointment cancellation fee for a mistake on their side. Such trickster practices can be stressful and frustrating for those seeking necessary medical care, and can erode trust in the healthcare system. Hope the place takes my review as a constructive feedback.
