I was in a bind when my dental retainers were accidentally thrown away by hotel housekeeping on a work trip. I was only in town for the weekend. Dr. Kung was gracious enough to come to the office on a Saturday to take care of my retainer replacement on the same day I reached out. Incredible service. I don’t do well with the dentist. I really understand why Dr. Kung has such great reviews. He and his staff are incredibly kind, gentle and understanding. They do everything they can to ensure your comfort and don’t pass judgment. I’ve had such horrible experiences in the past with other dentists that I really had my guard up, but Dr. Kung managed to get me to put it down and am really excited to finally get some much needed work done. After getting the first of 2 sessions done, I can confidently say, Dr. Kung is excellent at his craft and I am certainly not afraid of going to him for work done. I have been going to Dr. Kung for about six years now. He and his staff are the nicest, most gentle dental team! They also explain everything they’re doing, they listen well to what your concerns are and make sure that you’re both on the same page before they do any type of treatment or even cleaning.
This atmosphere is very laid-back versus some of the over the top offices you’ll see in West Plano. Trust me you’ll pay the price for the other ones!
