Ive been bringing my children since i moved to port arthur and the staff here are amazing! My 3 year old always cries but this time i got jennifer, shes so pacient and super nice!! My son was so calm around her !!!

The wait was very lengthy but once we went to the back it was not bad. Jennifer was very nice and helpful when it came to understand what they were going to do. I highly recommend Port Arthur Smiles.

The hygienist , Audra . Perfect
She was the only good thing I can say about today’s visit . My husband did not get the care or treatment he needed because the dr (a man ) kept bouncing from patient to patient. His bedside manner was terrible and his patience none, and he was extremely rough . He kept coming in and rushing to do things without my husband even being numb. Totally ridiculous.

The staff here was great Leslie at the front desk help out a bunch with our insurance. The Dr. Kiren was really gentle and the assistant Yelba was great and there for us.
