I was given an appointment for Friday, April 16 ( 3:00pm) for an extraction. This information was given to the young lady that answered the phone. After arriving I waited for 30 minutes before called to the back. I went through the examination. I was asked to get back in the chair where I just remained there. The young lady came in to explain the bill. I asked when was Dr. Andrew Potrous coming in the pull my tooth. I was told the clinic was closed for the day and I could not get my tooth pulled. I was then given an appointment for April 24th at 9am to get the requested extraction.Dr. Potrous check the Saturday schedule to confirm availability. When I called to confirm. I was told there was no appointment and was asked to come in at 11:00am. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE TRYING TO OPPERATE A PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT. HORRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. If there was a star for 0 I would chose it.

Wlith my dental problems everything was explained to me and a plan to get my teeth in good shape. I have every tooth in my mouth and want to keep my smile. I had bad situation at another establishment prior to this visit. Dr Madan is great and explains everthing in logical way and her staff is very friendly. I plan to continue my treatment with her until I am on the road to keeping a perfect smile from Port Arthur Smiles:)) I would recommend Port Arthur Smiles- thanks guys continue to do a fantastic job.
