I recommend Port Arthur Smiles for all dental work! The staff are very friendly and professional! I feel comfortable and relaxed when I'm there! Now that's really good when anyone go to the dentist and you feel relaxed. Great place!

Today i had another visit and i must say i was scared but my assistant Mimi made me feel so safe and put my mind at ease. She also used the numbing ointment that taste like mango, very tropical lol almost made me forget i was bout to feel pain lol. She even let me hold her hand. Such a great experience and DrGrag was nothing but amazing. So big shout out to these wonderful women at Port Arthur Smiles

My kids and I both enjoy our visits to the dentist office. The staff and the dentist are all extremely outgoing and nice. I also love that they have a play area for the kids while you wait. I have tried many other dentist offices and I have to say that I absolutely love Port Arthur Smile the best, they just make my family and I feel welcome every time.

My girls came to Port Arthur Smiles and they absolutely love this facility. The doctor was very kind and great with the kids. Two of my girls got fillings and the assistant and doctor made them feel no pain and they were not scared of the needle. Great facility. Very easy to schedule an appointment. My girls loved their toothbrush packs and the prize box is a plus for the children. My girls can't wait to get their next check up!

I spoke to confirm a missed call from an appointment I had and when I asked if I had an appointment since I didn't remember! They hung up on me and when I dialed again they answered me in a grotesque way, please have kind secretaries and not racists or bad tempers, I know we all have bad days, but their job is good treatment at all times

I scheduled my 5 kids at the same time and the hygienist (blonde bun and glasses) and Dr. Garg were absolutely great with all 5 of them. I felt free to ask questions and understand the treatment plans for my kids. Great dentist.

Well first I would like to say that it was my first time at Port Arthur Smiles and the atmosphere was very pleasant 😊 the Techs were very Professional and nice and the Doctor that examined me was very explainable on everything I needed to know and that was very helpful for me and the break down on everything that is needed to be done in my mouth WOW all I can say is that the visit was AWESOME.
