The staff was exceptional and very friendly. I've been to many different dentists and Port Arthur Smiles is by far the very best. Today for me, Mimi, the hygienist/dental assistant did an excellent job assisting the dentist.

Such a professional staff !! I was really nervous about getting my fillings done but once I met the doctor and assistant, I instantly calmed down since they calmly answered all my questions and made light conversation. They also perform the procedures efficiently as well effectively which I was really thankful for since it hurts to keep my jaw open for a long time .

I had a bad experience with a dentist as a young adult and was extremely nervous about finally making an appt. Everyone I met today was awesome, made things super comfortable, and not scary 🙌🏻
Marian and Dr Garg were great and talked me through everything. Pain free for a billion fillings. Def be back for the rest!
Megan did an awesome job with my cleaning as well , and didn’t give me a hard time about it being years since having them cleaned.

My child’s expander fell out while eating yesterday morning. I called to get her in ASAP!before her space starts closing up and they told me no one in the office knows how to put it back in!😩 We will have to wait a couple weeks till her next appointment because the dentist is in the office only once a month.😒

Highly recommend Port Arthur Smile! Dr. Andrew and Meagan were very nice the entire time and we even got some laughs in! They were also very accommodating in explaining prices (being that I was a Cash customer). The customer service was just great and I didn’t have to wait long at all the be seen!

Marian is amazing and does a wonderful job! I really enjoyed my time with her at the dentist. Will most definitely want to have her again! Great person hands down! Megan was also very amazing! 10/10 would recommend having her again!
