I took my 4 year old son here today, he had a bad previous experience at another dentist office. I can't say enough about the dental hygienist Nichole, she was amazing with making my son feel comfortable and great at communicating with him what they were doing. Dr.Rhodes was also wonderful and made it easy for me to understand what the next steps we needed to check. I left feeling reassured that we had great support with this office and that they genuinely care about the care of my son.

This is the most professional, caring, friendly dentist office! I highly recommend either dentist as I have found both (I've seen Dr. Brantly and Dr. Lawrence) to be very competent, thorough, and kind.

We had a great visit to see Dr. Brantly. The staff was courteous and professional, and my teeth feel great! I loved being able to watch TV while my teeth were being cleaned.

This was also my 3 year old daughter's first visit to the dentist. She was treated like a princess, and she even asked to get her teeth cleaned again the next day. I am glad that Dr. Brantly will be able to provide dental care for my whole family.

I am a new patient of Dr. Brantly and he along with his staff have been very welcoming. He provided me with an affordable Wellness Plan and answered all my question. His dental hygienists made me feel comfortable which put my mind at ease. I appreciate the great customer service from his office staff. My family and I love Brantly Dental. The ladies are all so nice and friendly and they work hard to make each appointment convenient for me and my three small children. My kids LOVE going to the dentist and are always so well taken care of. It’s crazy trying to get your teeth cleaned and examined with three little children and the women at Brantly make it so easy on this momma to get the dental care I need as well. So grateful for this office and the people there.

Just had my son's first dental appointment here (he's 3) and they were absolutely wonderful! Very kind and he didn't get upset at all, they made the experience very comfortable and fun for him. Now he's asking if he can go back lol. Great people, great office, very happy with our experience :)

Staff was super nice, hygienist was so thorough, confident and a joy to work with and dentist was wonderful asset to round out the entire experience! Kudos Brantly!!

I have waited a couple weeks since my encounter to give myself time to think about what happened. I had been going to this dentist for a couple years, ever since I moved into town. Their office is nice and the people seemed nice. They were a little pushy and weird about me using the toothpaste and rinse that they gave out "free" apparently as part of the cost of their service (more on that later). It was odd to the point that if we wanted to use a different tooth paste, they recommended that we brush twice in one session. Once with whatever toothpaste we wanted and again with theirs. I found this to be strange, but no big deal. They were so pushy about it that we eventually got a buildup of the dental kits; we still have 5 or 6 in our closet unopened. We had to stop accepting them, though they would try to make us take them every time we visited anyway. Again, weird, but nothing overtly nefarious. If only we knew.

They had a monthly and annual payment plan that I really liked, it seemed affordable and the establishment seemed nice. My wife and I really liked the place. At first at least.

I had several persistent dental issues that they just couldn't solve and they even got to the point that they were blaming me and my habits for them, even though I adhered to their instructions, they seemed suspicious that I was failing to do so. None of their recommendations seemed to help and the pain and problems in my mouth only worsened with time. So, I started reading and was able to solve all of them with very little cost using over the counter products in the span of two weeks. If I could do that myself, what did I need them for?

I decided to try a different dentist as a consequence and called to cancel my treatment plan. They did not let me do it over the phone insisting that I needed to come in and have a consultation to, and this is a direct quote, "make sure that cancelling was what was best for me." I had to take a day off work to accommodate them. After the consultation, they informed me that they may owe me some money because I had paid for services that had not yet been rendered. I appreciated this, thanked them, and left. Though it was weird and a little annoying, that didn't seem so bad.

At least until they called a couple hours later to inform me that they were very sorry but actually, I owed THEM money, and it was a lot of money. They had apparently made a billing error and never billed me the last year, though I had automatic payments set up I was never informed that I owed anything. In addition, I apparently owed them for "products my wife and I took". As if we stole them or something. Anyway, I squared up simply so that I could make a clean break and I did not want to risk having to deal with a collections agency. It hurt, but was worth it so that I never have to deal with these guys again.

They seem nice, at least at first. Avoid them though, especially if you feel that you will ever want to see a different dentist. They my dig up some money that you owe them as well.

I will not recommend this place and I will share this story with anyone who asks and even a few who don't until the day I die.

I've been seeing Dr. Brantly since he started here in San Angelo. Him and his staff are always very friendly and work together seamlessly for an excellent and pleasant experience. On top of that, he provides the best quality dentistry you'll ever find.
