Truly one of the worst experiences with a dentist I’ve ever had. RUN from this scamming place. They move you around hygienists and dentists when it is convenient for them but not for you as a patient. They ‘fix’ cavities that aren’t even symptomatic and then cause further issues when they can’t correctly fix even a simple cavity. The last straw was reaching out for TMJ pain, paying $850 for a retainer (this is outrageous), and then being told I must ‘wait for the dentist to go over my scans’ before being able to pick up my retainer. This put me receiving my retainer SEVEN weeks later with TMJ pain…?? This place does not care about you. You’re a number, not a patient. There are so many other dentists in this town. This place is a joke. Please do not fall into their facade.
