Office was absolutely amazing when Dr. Vance was there, however as soon as Kristin started the whole staff started to leave. Speaks volumes about the way she runs an office. What a shame….she has ruined an awesome dental practice.

I've been seeing Dr. Vance since the 80s. For me he has filled cavities, pulled teeth and given me a root canal. And when I had emergencies, they always got me in that day. The only pain I've ever felt was when he gave shots to numb me.
The hygienists do a great job. I've been to three over the years and they've all been good.
As for price, since he's the only dentist I've seen I can't really compare. But of course as with any doctor, mechanic, electrician, etc, you always wish it cost less.
I definitely recommend Dr. Vance.

I have been seeing Dr. Vance for several years now. As someone with very sensitive and brittle teeth, I can’t begin to explain how much I appreciate the attentiveness and gentleness of Dr. Vance and the entire staff. I never wait for more than a few minutes in the waiting room; I’m never left waiting once I’m brought back, either. Most importantly, all of my procedures have gone smoothly and painlessly. They’ve been able to get me in very quickly when I’ve had a tooth break suddenly and when I’m experiencing pain due to a dental problem. I recommend Dr. Vance to everyone I know and will continue to do so. I can’t say enough good things about him and the staff!

Dr. Vance is a great dentist, so patient and genuinely cares about your comfort. I felt no pain at all during the procedure plus they aren't overpriced like other dentist in San Angelo. Also, the lady who files claims gives you an idea of how much it costs before you get a procedure, all other dentists I've been to said they cannot do that. I finally found a dentist I'll happily take my whole family to and recommend to others. Thank you Dr. Vance! 🤗

Such a great experience! Dr. GOODWIN was so nice to me and took the time to explain everything and go over all details with me on my first visit. Her assistant was super nice and patient with me while taking my x-rays. They accommodated my request of having my husband sit with me during the appointment too. Thank you both for such a pleasant visit, especially since I'm very nervous at the dentist office. I can't wait to come back!

I've been going to this office for several years and was a patient of Dr. McDonald and when he retired I was switched to Dr. Goodwin. She is a pretty new dentist and she uses some cool gadgets that make the work a little easier and I have really appreciated her bedside manner. Most of the hygienists have been there for many years - and I think that says a lot about the Doctors. I would highly recommend them!
