Comfort Dental West Ave

I had an awful experience with a previous dentist who pulled all four of my wisdom teeth. She left a chunk of my bottom left wisdom tooth . Unfortunately, her decision to leave it there caused me horrendous pain, a swollen tongue, and an infection. I called Comfort Dental and they were able to fit me in at the last minute on a Saturday. They immediately found out what the issue was. Due to the accumulation of stress/pain I broke down crying upon hearing the news. Dr. Garcia, with out hesitation, comforted me and informed me the next best set of actions to remedy my situation. Although Dr. Garcia wanted to help me (she was fully booked) she highly recommended Dr. Allen. I came back today, and Dr. Allen and Mrs. Joanna (sorry if I spelled it wrong!)took their time to take this dreadful tooth out and was successful!! Both Joana and Dr. Allen were incredibly patient and kind to me through out this process! Lorena (sorry if this was is misspelled) was also very kind to me! The cost for the extraction was only $122.00! Please keep in mind that I do have the privilege of having insurance. But the exam and X-ray was only 19 which is still pretty cheap! Thank you again everyone! I appreciate all of your help :).

It was my first time ever seeing a dentist and I was a little nervous but Comfort Dental stuff treated me with a great professionalism and kindness. I want to thank everyone from the front desk, dental assistants and doctors. I will be coming back!!!!

Really friendly office, Dr.Garcia treated me really well on my first visit and her assistant sylvia made sure to make me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit and stephen was a great and friendly assistant who went out of his way to have a good conversation with me and keept me distracted.

I was scheduled to do a root canal with a membership the staff signed me up for. Was informed I would pay $30 the day of the procedure. I get to the office for my procedure and was informed that I would need to pay $600. They said "I was misinformed." How do you "forget" to tell someone they need $600 in cash the day of the procedure? Something shady is going on here.

Dr. Allen Is absolutely amazing! He is so respectful and very patient. He works with you to make sure you know exactly what you want before he starts any procedures. He's very affordable! I had went to get quotes from seven different dentists. All of them told me what they will do to my teeth.. Not one of them asked me what i wanted.. my daughter had her Gap filled by Dr.Allen and seen I was not happy or having any luck with my other consultations so she suggested I go talk to her dentist. I am so glad I took my daughters advice and went to talk to Dr. Allen.. right away I knew I wanted him to do my work. He is such an amazing dentist and human being!! He did such an amazing job and the staff is very friendly and professional. Also I want to add that my daughter lives 3 hours from Dr Allen's office. She drives from Fort Hood to his office because she wont let anyone else work on her teeth..

Very professional office : The front desk staff were very pleasant. Dr.Garcia was excellent--very knowledgeable, great besides manner. Explanied everything thoroughly. Abriel the dental assistant was great and very sweet. The office was very clean.
