I am so glad that I found Dr. Richter! I moved to Castroville a year ado but I work in San Antonio. A good dentist has always been priority for me (my mother was a dental assistant for over 40 years). Dr. Richter and his staff at Downtown Dental provide top quality painless services in a clean comfortable office. Dr. Richter and his staff are pleasant - dare I say fun - to interact with so the visit is not at all stressful. Although the office is downtown, patients can park free in the Travis Park Plaza garage just behind the office so long as the receptionist validates your parking ticket. If you need an excellent dentist in the San Antonio area, do not hesitate to call Dr. Richter and his team!

The space is clean and centrally located, the staff is incredibly friendly, and Dr. Richter is candid and conservative with his treatment plans - they're not going to order unnecessary testing or fillings just to make money. Absolutely wonderful place to go!! I’ve been coming here since I was a child and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Dr. Richter and his entire staff are top-notch and have always taken great care of my family and I. After a 10+ year absence, they knew exactly who I was when I called, and treated me as if they saw me 6 months ago when I showed up. His military service has always been a huge plus for me, too. If you go anywhere else, you’re wasting your time and money and missing out on a wonderful professional relationship.

I had a dental emergency while traveling and Dr. Richter got me into his office right away, diagnosed the problem and started treatment. He was kind and helpful and the office staff were great.
