Dr. Pfieffer is passionate, kind and generous. When I was a teenager my parents couldn't afford my dental work. They went to several dentist and when they brought me here we found out they didnt take CHIP's. Dr. Pfeiffer gifted me all of my dental work and did it with compassion and care. I admire that there are many people in our society that put humanity above their own desires.

Dr Pfeiffer has been my dentist for 20+ years. I wish there were more dentists like him. He always makes sure I'm as comfortable as I possibly can be. When I was a child he would fill the toy box full of all kinds of treasures to pick from after I would get my teeth cleaned and it's still there to this day. The office building and staff have changed a lot this past couple decades. Front desk is always warm, welcoming and full of smiles. Although, I do miss my dental hygienist Todd. He was wonderful to talk to and he was ever so gentle on my teeth and jaw. He never used that power wash/scraper. He would manually clean my teeth and give me breaks to rest my jaw. Last time I was there my new hygienist used that painful power wash/scraper and got water sprayed all over my face. She didn't give my jaw a break and even blew cold air on my teeth to dry them which REALLY hurt. But she was very new and im sure she will get better with time. Everything may be different there now but Dr. Pfeiffer is the best dentist I have ever had and I will keep going there as long as I can. I'm going to be very sad when my family and I have to move out of state because there is no one like him. He is genuinely friendly, professional, and a one of a kind dentist.
