Dr. Pfeiffer is kind, conscientious, and always does his best for me no matter the circumstances. Have been coming to Dr.Pfeiffer since I was a child but hadn’t seen him in years. Recently came back to have him check out dental work I had done from another dentist and he saved me so much time, money and pain. Was told(by previous dentist) I needed a root canal and crown and Dr.Pfeiffer was immediately able to recognize that those were unnecessary procedures. I will only be going to see him from now on.

First time at this dentist. I felt very comfortable with the extra safety protocols they had in place for both their clients and employees.
You waited out in your car until your appointment.
Common areas were very clean.
The Dental hygienist, Zaira, (sp?) was very thorough and explained step by step what was going on.
Dr. Pfeiffer seemed very personable.
Would recommend, I had a nice experience.

Same insurance which I verified before my November appt that they were “in network” for my insurance and they said yes. I didn’t owe anything for my first appt that detailed normal preventative measures.
Fast forward to today - he’s not in network and he’s not out of network. I owe a deductible plus 10% of preventative procedures.
When I asked questions my bill went down to about $16 vs over $80.
My husband just went a month ago for preventative, same insurance and only paid for cancer screening which was extra and he opted to get.
SOMETHING IS WRONG.

I have been a patient at this office for a couple of years now and the staff have always treated me with patience and are mindful of my dental anxiety. I broke my tooth yesterday and they took me in the very next day to place a temporary crown. Dr. Pfeifer is extremely caring and professional. He has always been able to provide excellence as well as pain free dentistry for me!
