Definitely 5 star. We’ve found our permanent dental office. It’s no wonder they are so popular. Every single person I encountered was so incredibly friendly. It was a wonderful experience! Ricardo the hygienist was great with my child. He asked her questions about herself and made sure she felt completely at ease for her cleaning. Dr. Walker was so sweet and gentle, I’m telling my entire family this is the place to go!

Mrs. Doctor Bustos, her Dental Assistant Skylar and the front desk Receptionist Martin were very polite and made me feel right at home. They were very respectful, caring and their procedures were professional. A+++, I will be coming back to get some more work done without a doubt!

The young gentleman (tall, thin and curly hair)that escorted me to the room, and was so nice. Ricardo was my hygienist and he was attentive to my pain level. My teeth look so much better. The lady that took care of my payment was nice and in such a good mood!!

Hi! So, I'm scheduled to have 3 teeth pulled. I wasn't feeling too positive about it due to my dental history. Before going back to the exam room I asked for and was given a Don Julio Tequila shot! Nice way to calm your nerves! Dr. Pedro walked in, introduced himself (very personable). By the time I knew it he had all 3 teeth out! NO PAIN! I was in and out in 45minutes!!!! I let Dr. Pedro know that I have had dry socket syndrome with prior extractions. He was careful to put some kind of medicine to help prevent the clots from falling out and he put a stitch in each area! AMAZING!!! My post-op recovery has been great! ~Nancy

The staff were so kind and welcoming. The dentist and hygienist took their time with me and addressed all my concerns. They were gentle and compassionate and ensured I was comfortable during my cleaning. I look forward to continuing my care. :)

This place was so amazing!!!!!!! I still cannot comprehend how awesome this dentistry and it’s staff are. They made my experience comfortable, explained to me exactly what they were seeing, and offered many different options that other dentist offices do not. Thank you so much! I am definitely leaving with a smile on my face!!

The absolute best dental clinic ever! I had severe anxiety over dental visits but Dr Bustos and her AMAZING staff are the absolute best! Kind, professional, super understanding they have helped me for YEARS. Cannot recommend a better dental clinic!!

Not really sure why the reviews for this clinic are so great, Everyone is professional and it's for sure a very clean techy clinic but I did not have a great experience.
First off I called to schedule an appointment and the system went down so the lady scheduling said she would put it in when it went back up, I called the next day just to confirm and they couldn't find me in the system so I guess it never got put in, Honest mistake and they were still able to get me in
But I had clarified on the phone that the visit was for my jaw pain TMJ/ ear ringing and I needed to handle that first before doing a cleaning
I informed the tech what I was there for and he said in the system I was there for the cleaning, I told him I was worried about the pain this would cause. When the dental hygienist came, it was my bad for not clarifying what was going on, I assumed that he was preparing me for the doctor. Apparently the 5 minutes he spent with my teeth was the cleaning??? and they really did charge me for it I have never had such a short cleaning with no flossing? and the paste they normally use wasn't even applied to my top teeth
The wait time in the room was insane, and at one point a lady came in and offered me MORE additional optional tests?? At this point I was just in pain and wanted to be checked on
Additionally I had already explained my jaw issue to four separate people......
After 1 hour 45 min I finally saw the doc (had to explain everything to him again)
I saw him for probably 2 minutes
to be prescribed Advil
I told him about the ringing in my ear from my jaw pain and he told me my TMJ was mild and not a worry
I am a student and getting rid of this ringing is really important for me and this was one of the only times I had available in my schedule for a lengthy visit like this and I am just absolutely disheartened by the care I received and the fact that they tried to charge me 350$ for it
I would like to say the tech and dental hygienist were very kind people throughout the visit and I do not blame them, but the whole office was so disorganized and I will not be coming back

I had my teeth done (root canal, fillings and crowns) at Heubner Smiles with Dr. Qutachi and she is really great. I am a dentist myself so i took good observation for the details. first, she discussed the treatment plan with me and i was involved in the final decision. She was quick and nice and professional. The practice is super clean and most importantly Post- treatment pain was minimum which is wonderful! The assistants were very kind and professional as well especially Angel Lozano; she was really helpful and attentive to details. The receptionist and accountants are so cool and easy to discuss with as well. My only frustration is that they do not have payment plans for deep cleaning which is what i needed urgently so i hope that they would have such option in future. I would love to continue my dental care with this practice.

I am the kind of patient who will literally spiral into depression knowing I have to go to the dentist. For me the shame and embarrassment is the worst part. My teeth tell the story of my past that I don’t like to revisit. I never go to the same dentist twice running in fear of judgment. If you’re this person, Dr. Goldwyn, is the dentist for you. His professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm about your smile and well-being is unmatched. I’m kicking myself For not remembering his assistants name but she was outstanding- Very comforting and down to earth. I never thought I would say I’m not afraid to call the dentist.
