Huebner Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

First visit here was amazing, but you know what they say, “if something seems too good to be true.....,” so I have some more work that needs to be done over the next few months but as soon as I get through my upcoming appointments for the first part of a two part treatment plan I’ll update my review in detail! In the meantime I’d still recommend it since they do offer an amazing savings plan for an affordable annual fee, so especially for those who have a lot of dental work to get done, but don’t have enough financing to cover it, I’d absolutely say that this is likely the only place locally that cares enough for the public’s oral health that they would go to great lengths making sure that everyone has equal access and the same opportunities as those who are well insured. Again, as far as the quality of their work, I can’t fairly review something that I haven’t personally experienced just yet, but once I do, I’ll make sure to share my updated pics and detailed experience!

Love it here!!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and they absolutely know what they are doing and talking about. I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist but the staff here just makes it a little bit easier. They answered all my questions(and I had a lot) and never seemed annoyed or impatient. And on top of the kind staff and knowledgeable Doctors, you just can’t beat their prices which is a *BONUS*. They do what is best for you in the most cost efficient way possible. Not once did I ever feel like just a “customer” but a patient who they wanted to do what is best for. I would recommend Huebner Smiles to everyone that I know!!

I have had the best dental experiences to date at Huebner Smiles. Every interaction (phone, e-mail, and in-person) has been more than a professional greeting with outstanding service. This is a team of people who genuinely care about others. I felt acknowledged and heard from the first phone call to get information to the multiple procedures that have taken place since.
Dr. Walker is compassionate and kind, listens to concerns, and answers questions with calm detail that puts my mind at ease. You will not feel like a number here. This is an incredible group of people helping to solve problems with encouraging energy. I cannot thank them enough.

Very friendly professional covered all the bases make sure I understood everything to the fullest extent nothing but great and things to say about them.

I been super patient w this place, and I'm done. There was a time where I called to confirm my appointment and someone w the same name apparently called and they canceled it and couldn't get me in until a month out. I get it, it happens, and oh well.

Then I make an appointment 6 mo from the time I had my past appt. It was to be in Feb 2022. I get a call a week before and was told, "the hygienist wont be here" okay.... I get scheduled out to june 2022 and was promised I would be put on the asap list. They called my husband to move his.. but not mine... guess what yall? I got called AGAIN to reschedule bc someone wouldn't be there. I'm done.

I ran outta patience w this place.

1st time here, had a great experience.

Very friendly staff and clean office.

They gave a little background history when they introduced themselves, which made me feel more comfortable and less anxious about my visit.
I can tell that they really enjoy their career.

They also took great caution and enforced proper safety hygiene when you first walk in, I felt very safe!(that’s especially important with my paranoia during this pandemic)

I like my normal dentist here and they do an overall good job taking care of my teeth. What bothered me today was hearing the tech nearby offer discounts on dental work if they left a positive Google review. Why not just offer the discount to all your customers in the first place? Isn't it against Google's rules to bribe customers for positive reviews? It's unprofessional and now I understand why they have so many positive reviews.

I called for n estimate, to have brackets removed. Meaning, give me n idea how much, would removing brackets cost. As in, depending on your answer, I will make a decision. I was told, I had to pay $140.00 since I’m a new patient. See, when businesses are doing well, they will charge you to be their patient VS being thankful for increasing their number of patients.
If during the exam for which I have to pay $140.00 their estimate is too high and I cannot afford it, then I lost not only the money, but the financial possibility to get my brackets removed elsewhere. Only on America!

Ricardo, Dr. Walker, the first girl that took my X-rays, the guy that cashed me out , everyone honestly was so cool. Nice vibe to this place and great deals to help low-income students/adults or those without insurance. Made me feel welcomed from the moment I sat outside for check in and an employee walking out said I could wait inside because it was hot. I’m guaranteeing you these folks gonna treat you right. $225 for the health of your teeth is a steal compared to some of the places around here.

Dr. Walker and Michelle were amazing!!! Every time I go to Huebner Smiles the service is amazing. Today especially was a long day in the chair having multiple different procedures and Dr. Walker and her assistant Michelle made sure to make sure I was ok every step of the way and to constantly check my comfort level before continuing. It was especially encouraging to hear Dr Walker not just telling me what she was doing but also using this as a moment to educate her assistant about what she was doing and why. I love coming in and being seen by individuals who show me that they care about me and my oral health. Never once have I felt judged because of my ongoing issues like I have at other places. Recommend to anyone and everyone.
